Ribbonwood Cottage is the ideal home away from home for your next holiday to stunning Lake Tekapo. This brand new house offers a fantastic mix of modern and rustic, perfect for a couples getaway, group or family holiday. Only 2 minutes walk to the village centre, the house is tucked away privately in a quiet street with beautiful views - a secluded place for stargazing into the majestic Tekapo night sky. Sleeping eight people in four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate toilet and a full kitchen.Also has a laundry.

Payment Policy
Your credit card details are required to secure your booking.
We require full payment prior to check in via bank deposit or credit card. Bank account number is 12-3475-0011110-00.
All credit card transactions incur a 2% surcharge.
If no payment received 1 day before arrival your credit card will be charged.
Once payment is received we will send self check in details one day before arrival and you can go directly to the property.
Book Tekapo Holiday Homes reserve the right to cancel a reservation/re-book a home should credit card details not be given.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival will be free of charge. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of your arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night. All no-shows will be charged the full amount as booked. No refund is given if you decide to leave a day early or a guest has dropped out at the last minute.
If the country or regions are in Covid 19 Alert Level 4 or 3 and domestic travel is not allowed, we allow free cancellation up to the date of your reservation.
All bookings are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances including the sale of the property, long-term letting or other events outside Book Tekapo Holiday Homes control. If your booking is cancelled we will endeavor to book you into an equivalent home, however Book Tekapo Holiday Homes takes no responsibility if this is not possible. Any existing deposit may be either put towards a new booking or refunded in full.
Child Policy
Book Tekapo Holiday Homes allow children in all of our holiday homes. Our homes are not fully fenced, and have various hazards (such as bunk beds). Parents remain fully responsible for their children during their stay.
Check In Policy
Check in is from 3pm. All of our properties have a lockbox at the house, ensuring a convenient self check in process.
Guests are required to pay at least one day prior to their arrival.
We have three payment options:
*Payment at the time of booking
*Payment via bank transfer - send screenshot of payment two days prior to arrival to allow for bank clearance
