*Please note: We are an award winning hostel which caters to mostly shared rooms for independent travellers. We only have two Double rooms, which we anticipate will be very popular. When booking these rooms please remember we are a hostel with an emphasis on creating community and interaction. While our rooms are very nice, we’re not a luxury hotel.
Payment Policy
All payments are to be made on arrival at the Hostel, or at the beginning of any booking that is an extension of your current stay at the hostel.
Credit/debit card details are collected at booking as an insurance for the hostel against late cancellations and no-shows. Our policies for such are outlined in Cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to 2pm (check-in time) on the scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night’s accommodation. Failure to arrive for the first night will see the cancellation of the entire booking.
Child Policy
Guests aged 16 or under cannot reside/stay in mixed or shared dormitories. They must be booked into a private option - either a Double Room, Family room, or a dorm in which all beds are reserved for the associated booking.
Check In Policy
Check-in starts from 2pm
As we are a small hostel, our reception is open from 8.30am to 7:30pm.
New arrivals may arrive any time after 9.00am. While beds are not ready until 2pm, you can securely store your luggage until your bed is available.
Late check-ins are only possible with prior notice up to, but no later, than 11:00pm.
If you will arrive between 7:30-11pm, please email or call us 1-3 days before you arrive, and we will provide instructions on how to self-check-in.
Standard check out time is 10:00am.
We are happy to store your luggage in our locker room, free of charge, either 24 hours before or after your stay, and for you to make use our facilities throughout the day when checking in or out.
