NO SHOW:
Is where no cancellation made, where no one arrives for the booked room, that nights rate will be charged, and any other bookings cancelled, e.g. a 3 day booking and no show for first night, first night charged, balance deleted (If group booking, each room is treated as individual for no shows)

FORCE MAJEURE- Worldwide Pandemics or Natural Disasters have major influence on travel, in situations with border closures (travel restrictions), all cancellations will be offered a redeemable voucher (valid up to 12 or 18 months) to the value of the booking. If rates are higher at the time of use, the difference will be payable. When we can, we will refund under special circumstance, but banks fees are not refundable unfortunately. We do recommend insurance be taken for these situations, including airport closures.
Unpaid Bookings can be cancelled by us, but we will give minimum 72 hours (3 days) notice when this occurs. The reason can varied mostly maintenance issues.
