For those not travelling by campervan, a choice of motels, studios, cabins or tent sites are available.

Location: Studholme Road North.
(PLEASE NOTE: Wanaka has 2 Studholme Roads - if you end up on Cardrona Valley Road you're at the wrong end.
In town, with the lake in front of you, carry along to your left, at the roundabout go straight over, in about 100mtrs as the road takes a slight bend to the right, Studholme Road North is on the left.
* Please state the size of your campervan, so we can allocate you the appropriate size site.
* We have limited spots for caravans, as our sites do not allow car parking and awnings.
* It is a legal requirement that your campervan/van/caravan has a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness.
All bookings made online with credit card will incur a 2% credit card fee.
A booking is only confirmed when a deposit or payment is received, and a booking reference number is generated.
Off Peak 1 night stay: Full payment is taken. Longer than 2 nights a 50% deposit will be required. Balance of reservation is due in full on arrival.
Peak Season is 27th December - 6th January. Full payment due by 1st December.
VANS AND SITES:
All year around: Full payment is processed on booking.
We require written (email with booking reference number noted) notice of all cancellations and changes. Refunds will only be made back to the original card that the purchase was made (we only accept Visa or Mastercard. In the event of a ‘no-show’ full payment will be processed and no refunds will be given, we hold no responsibility for incorrect dates booked on the guests behalf.

Cancellations outside 7 days is refundable less a $25 administration fee prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival.

Cancellations outside 72 hours is refundable less a $25 administration fee prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival.

PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS POLICY ROOM AND VAN (27th December - 6th January):
After 1 December for the upcoming 'Peak Season', 100% of your total confirmed booking is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable. Payment cannot be transferred as 'credit' to other bookings held by you or other parties.
EVENT CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS POLICY ROOM AND VAN (any bookings for set events or holidays including but not limited to Easter, Warbirds Over Wanaka, Wanaka A&P Show):
Cancellations outside 21 days is refundable less a $25 administration fee prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival.
Cancellations within 21 days is non-refundable prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival.
Amendments outside of 21 days subject to availability and minimum night stay requirements. Within 21 days of arrival booking is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable.
We strongly suggest travel insurance for all bookings.
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE
For bookings made from 3rd December 2021, the Book with Confidence Guarantee is applicable if you are unable to travel due to certain COVID-19 related developments.
These include you becoming sick with COVID-19 or someone immediately connected to you does and, as a close contact, you are forced into self-isolation or there is a Government mandate preventing you from travel in/from your local area/region or in the area to which you are intending to travel.
In these cases there will be no charges levied to make changes to your booking dates. We will provide a 12-month credit with no cancellation or amendment charges added. In exceptional circumstances, determined on a case by case basis, a full refund, less a processing fee, may be offered.
In the case of a request for a COVID-19 related amendment on personal grounds, guests may be requested to provide a medical certificate, or that of their determined close contact, to confirm the medical grounds on which the request is based.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations are a contract between Wanaka TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person on that site or unit is responsible and liable for all occupants and visitors behaviour and damage.
The card holder and card user that has made the booking, must be present on the duration of the stay.
Visa and Master card credit cards only accepted. Direct payment can be made to our bank account on request.
A penalty of 10% will be added to each invoice if not paid on or before the 20th of the month following invoice.
All tariffs are reviewed on a regular basis. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice.
Rates for campervans/ tent sites and rooms are shown in NZ$ and include GST
If you have booked with an online travel agent (OTA) eg Booking.com you must contact them directly to alter your bookings.
If a booking is amended and the stay shortened, no refund will be given.
Late check outs must be pre-arranged.

Guests staying in our ‘roofed accommodation’ will be required to provide a valid visa or master card number. We do not accept American express.
The card holder and card user that has made the booking must be present on the duration of the stay. If you do not have a valid credit card, a cash bond of 50% of the booking value must be given to be held as security for any damage that may occur in the room.
We have the right to upgrade or move guests. We ensure that should this situation arise, guests will not be downgraded on their reserved accommodation.
Discounts given when membership card sited at check in. These discounts do not apply if you have booked through Online Travel Agents, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Bookit.
TOP 10 Club Card Members receive 10% discount on stays (up to the value of $40 per stay).
Only one membership card/number is valid per site or unit. It cannot be shared with friends and groups booking at same time.
Single person rates for campervan sites are not available at peak times.
Extra persons staying, must be approved by management. Extra persons must notify reception on arrival. Management have the right to decline this.
Alterations to bookings can be made subject to availability and may require a unit or site change. Alterations to the number of guests, require management approval.
If visitors do come to the holiday park, they MUST check into reception and be advised where to park their vehicle.
All visitors must leave the site by 9pm
Minimum night’s stay will apply for Peak Season and Public Holidays/Event bookings. Please check your minimum stays at the time of booking. All reservations must be made by persons 21 years or older. We do not allow visitors on site over the busy peak holiday period (27 Dec – 6 Jan).
Dogs allowed on site with prior arrangement.
Spa pool rules must be strictly adhered to. Children under the age of 18 need to be supervised by an adult always. No loose clothing to be worn in spas. Only suitable swimwear. No glass.
Items Left in Rooms. We can post back, at your expense. We will require payment before sending. Payment must include tracking.
Health and Safety. Please ask to view our Health and Safety Policy and list of Identified Hazards at reception. We have first aid kits located in Reception.
Smoking is not allowed in any buildings on the premises. If you do, you will be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
Any damage made to items or accommodation during the length of your stay, will include an appropriate charge for replacement/repair or loss of income. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damages caused.
We reserve the right to remove guests from our facility, who are deemed by staff, to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way: causing damage, excessive noise, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language.
Quiet time is from 10pm to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay.
The property is under 24 hour security surveillance.
