Just 400 meters off the main highway to Paihia, Paihia TOP 10 Holiday Park is the ideal place to relax and explore the Bay of Islands. With its Superior Cabins, Family Cabins, Kitchen Cabins, Powered and Non-Powered camping sites, there's something to suit all budgets.

Sheltered and secluded, nestled in its own private bay surrounded by trees and bush, our camp is very popular with boaties, fishermen, divers and those who prefer a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our camp is especially popular if you like tenting on the water front and enjoy looking out at a great sea view.
With a safe swimming when the tide is in, interesting places to go kayaking, a high tide boat ramp and extensive bush walks, we offer the ideal setting for your family holiday.

General Expectations.
Pool Area:
• All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• No Glass in the pool area.
• No running, jumping, diving, pushing, or bombing.
• Open only during reception hours.

Conduct:
• Paihia TOP 10 Holiday Park has strict guidelines to control loud, drunken, and disorderly behaviour.
• The Park also has a 10pm - 7am noise curfew.
• Where in our opinion the above behaviour or noise rules are not adhered to, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund of any kind, this will be done after 1 warning only.
We also have a strict no pets policy.

Payment Policy

All prices quoted are in NZ $ and include GST. The total amount is payable time of booking, except where check in date is more than 30 days where the deposit payable is 50% of the total booking, the balance is payable on arrival .
Late check out will incur an extra fee of 20% the room or site rate per hour or part thereof.
Room servicing is an extra charge ensure you have selected this in the room extras section.
We reserve the right to change the site or room within the class of site or room without notification.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, this can only be done by e-mail please quote your reservation confirmation number. A 15% cancellation fee will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours prior to the date of arrival, or where otherwise stated.
14 Days cancellation policy will apply for the following periods:
24th December to 3rd January, Auckland Anniversary Weekend, Waitangi Day, Easter, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday Weekend. Labour Day Weekend.
Accommodation is non-refundable and non-transferable should guests decide to alter or leave before their scheduled departure date.
Some promotional booking may be totally non-refundable, this will be clearly identified in that booking section.

COVID-19 POLICY
Our core priority is to provide a fun and safe holiday for all our guests and our staff working at the Paihia TOP10 Holiday Park. To this end we have undertaken a thorough risk assessment of the effect Covid-19 may have for everyone using the park during the 2021-22 summer and autumn seasons. Alongside this we have listened carefully to the experts on the efficacy of vaccination in relation to the severity of the virus and its spread.

Paihia TOP10 has therefore made the decision to only recruit staff who are fully vaccinated, and to ensure that everyone is as safe as possible while in our care, we are also requiring that all guests, visitors, staff, and contractors are fully vaccinated. This policy will initially apply from 10 December 2021 until 30 April 2022. The only exemptions are children who are under 16 on date of arrival and those holding a medical exemption certificate.

Our standard Terms and Conditions apply, except for the following addition.
Vaccination Requirements
FULL COVID-19 VACCINATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS FROM THE 10TH DEC 2021 – 30 APRIL 2022, NO JAB = NO STAY

The reservation holder is responsible to ensure the entire group in the booking is fully vaccinated and can provide the required official NZ Government proof.
Children under the age of 16 years old at the time of their visit will not be required to show proof of vaccination. If you are unable to get a vaccination for medical reasons, you will be required to show proof of your government approved exemption.
Proof of NZ Government Digital Vaccination Certificate
1. Official proof from a valid Government record of vaccination status or exemption must be provided for all guests in your party on arrival as a perquisite for checking in. Proof of age may also be requested for children under the age of 16.
Wrist bands will be issued to all approved guests aged 5 and over which must be worn for your entire stay.
During your stay you might be requested by a member of the Paihia TOP10 Holiday Park team to provide this information when visiting the on-site galley take away or onsite shop.
Please be assured that all information provided will remain private and secure. Please note the purple card issued at the time of vaccination will not be accepted as proof.
COVID-19 “No Vaccination” | Cancellations
We acknowledge that not everyone wishes to be vaccinated against Covid-19. If you are not vaccinated and you have a booking with us between the 10th December 2021 and 30th April 2022 please contact us and you will be entitled for a full cancellation refund. Cancellations will only be accepted via email.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy due to travel restrictions
For existing Peak Season and Non-Peak Season bookings that cannot proceed due to NZ Government imposed Covid-19 domestic travel restrictions, we will be happy to credit the full amount to your account or alternatively we can provide a full refund. We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible of any cancellations.

This Cancellation Policy supersedes the standard cancellation policy on the booking website and is applicable right up to the arrival date.
This policy only comes into force when the NZ Government notifies of a travel restriction that affects your travel dates.
If you change dates, the rates for the “new” period apply, so there may be a deficit or a credit. We can advise of any differences in price before you make any changes.
Any credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and subject to availability.
This does not cover an event cancellation or an unfavourable weather forecast.
Please note that cancellations and refund terms and conditions may vary between booking platforms.

Safety Measures
Please see the list of safety measures we will have in place. We ask that you kindly comply with these guidelines. Masks will be available to purchase at reception.
VACCINATION PROOF | Will be required between the 10th December 2021 and 30 April 2022 for all guests 16years+.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT | Contactless check-in and out can be requested so please advise us in advance.
QR CODE SCANNING | Scanning the QR code and registering all guests, and visitors on arrival at Paihia TOP10 Holiday Park is mandatory for contact tracing purposes.
SOCIAL DISTANCING | Please follow requests for social distancing and mask-wearing as determined by the alert levels throughout the duration of your stay.
HAND HYGIENE | Proper and frequent handwashing and the use of sanitisers will help combat the spread of any viruses. Please use hand sanitisers located around the public facilities.
GUEST ROOMS | We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with special attention paid to textiles and high-touch surfaces.
SHARED SPACES | We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of our communal areas. High contact points and frequently used communal areas are disinfected several times a day. Disinfectant spray is available to all guests to use in the amenities block.

We will also be limiting numbers is some shared space amenities. We kindly ask you to consider your fellow Park guests and our team by adhering to these limits. Please adhere to Government recommendations for social distancing and mask wearing.

Should you have any flu or Covid-19 symptoms during your stay, please immediately phone Healthline on 0800 358 5453 for advice about getting tested.
