We offer self check-in and will provide the relevant details the day before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change, we understand that. If you are cancelling or amending your dates note that there is no fee or charge up to 15 days before your due arrival date. Payment in full is required 14 days before arrival and after that we are unable to make any refunds.

We strongly recommend that you purchase adequate travel insurance. This will protect you against any unforeseen events, including but not limited to cancellation and/or curtailment of travel due to natural disasters such as snowstorms or similar events.

THE SMALL PRINT

To ensure that all of our guests enjoy their stay we do not allow parties at Wynter Apartments and we request quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. Visitors must vacate the building before 9 pm.

Any complaints that come from other guests or our neighbours will be taken seriously and may result in your booking being cancelled on the spot. We want all of our guests to enjoy their time here, including you, so we appreciate your understanding.

Any damage to the property, whether it is a hole in the wall, a broken door or a stained carpet will have to be repaired before the next guest can stay and whoever booked the room will be charged for this remedial work and for any lost revenue.

The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. Any deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the property will be charged to the registered guest.

When you book a room you have booked it for a certain number of guests. We know that plans can change and we will be happy to try and accommodate additional people if you tell us about it. Additional guests beyond the number booked are charged at NZ$50 per night if notified before check-in. If found to have additional guests once checked in the penalty rate is NZ$100 per person per night.

For legal reasons, and for obvious safety reasons, we cannot accommodate more people than the number of beds allows. If we become aware that more people are staying in a room than has been agreed then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and ask that both the guests and their visitors leave. We allow one child under the age of two free of charge using existing bedding.

Whilst we love dogs unfortunately no pets are allowed in the apartments.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests do not honour this agreement or cause disturbance/nuisance to others.
