Payment Policy

We require credit card details to secure motel rooms, cards are held against reservation, payment on arrival.

For the group booking, half of the total cost is required to be paid to our bank account 4 weeks prio the reservation dates.

Cancellation Policy

1. If cancellation is made with at least 48 hours notice… no charge will be made

2. If less than 48 hours notice provided… there may be a Cancellation Fee, equivalent to one nights accommodation charged

3. If NO Cancellation is made, or a “No Show”, one nights accommodation will be levied for each unit booked

4. Group booking is required 4 weeks notice for free cancellation.

5. Any cancellation due to Covid-19 alert level change is no charge.
