Coronet View encompasses three large homes featuring up to 10 luxurious guest rooms and/or 6 private fully self-contained apartments which can be split to either 1-6 bedrooms. The largest has the capacity of sleeping up to 16 people.
All our B and B rooms are en-suited with lovely Queen or Super-king beds. Our elevated and large dining/ lounge area offers view over Queenstown to the Remarkables Mountain Range.
Our 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments have en-suites, a kitchenette and comfortable living area, while our larger apartments have generous living areas, fully equipped kitchens and laundries and all the comforts of modern deluxe accommodation.
Both options give you access to our all our facilities including our BBQ area, outside swimming pool (seasonal), Jacuzzi, gardens and free car parking and wifi.
The flexibility of the different accommodation styles available makes Coronet View a superb choice for those travelling in groups or as individuals.

Centrally located just 15 minutes walk from town Coronet View enjoys superb views of Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and out to Lake Wakatipu. Please note, we do live up a hill which means fantastic views!

Directions to Property
We are approx. 800m from the center of Queenstown (10-15 min walk)
From the town centre, drive along Camp street towards the Gondola, at the end turn right into Robins road, first turn left into Hamilton street, first turn right into Fryer street, first turn left into Huff street and take the first drive way on the left past Reavers Lane.
Our signs are at the gate {CORONET VIEW - B & B } the driveway weaves up the Hill and there is a large car park at the top behind one of our houses. (Number 30)
From Gorge road heading towards Coronet Peak from town take the second turn on the left Robins road, take the first turn on the right into Hamilton Rd. then as for above instructions from Hamilton street.

Room only guests receive no Breakfast and no access to cooking facilities.
Min age requirements for groups (not families) is 20 years old.
We have a strict Noise policy, NO Parties or smoking and no Visitors after 9pm.
Check out is by 10am - after this time may incur extra charge.

Please note: for group bookings (not families) we have a minimum age of 20 years old.
When confirming you booking please include all guest names, address, NZ contact number, country of Origin and an ETA.
We accept Visa or MasterCard, please send through your credit card number, expiry date and name as shown on the front of the card.
You may prefer to send 2 x email with your credit card details.
These details will be used for the Deposit of the 1st deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
Covid cancellation: If flight or travel plans are directly impacted due to government requirements in relation to a Covid-19 outbreak, you can change your booking dates for free within 18 months or a refund of the deposit will be provided minus a NZ$100 admin fee.
B&B/Room only rooms - free cancellation up until 12pm on the day of arrival.
Studio's - free cancelation up until 12pm on the day of arrival.
1 bedroom & 2 bedroom apartments - free cancelation 72 hours before check in time on day of arrival.
Larger Apartments (3 bedroom to 6 bedroom apartments) - free cancellation up until 30 full days prior to arrival date.
Child Policy
Unfortunately we don't accept children under the age of 12 in our B&B/ Room only rooms. All children are allowed in our apartments. Infants up to 2: If you bring a port-a-cot the child is free however should you require a port-a-cot there is a surcharge of $20.00 per night or $70.00 per stay.
There must be a Bed or a Cot for each and every child or Infant
