Please be aware that we have a strict maximum guest occupancy policy and we cannot allow additional adults or children. We do not have rollaway/extra beds. Please be aware of us this before making your reservation to avoid disappointment when checking in.
Pets are not allowed
The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
Room requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
No smoking in the units. In the event of someone smoking in the room, there is a $500 fine. We have ash trays outside each of our units, please use them with the doors and windows closed behind you or risk smoke entering the room.
Payment Policy
Government-issued photo identification and a valid credit card must be supplied upon check in.
Your credit card may be pre-authorized the total amount of your accommodation prior to check in.
Government-issued photo identification with debit cards or cash/eftpos require a bond payment of up to $500.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to arrival date
or 100 % of the accommodation will be charged.
7 days' notice is required for Group (4+ rooms) and long stay (4+ nights) bookings.
In the event of a late cancellation up to 25 % of the accommodation will be charged.
For cancellations within 48 hours to arrival date 100 % cancellation fee may apply.

Prior arrangement is needed for check in after 8pm or forfeit room. (Deemed as no show and will be non-refundable.) Early check-in is subject to availability.

Late check-out fee: NZD 20 per hour up until 12.00pm (subject to availability).

All our rooms are non-smoking.
No visitors. Visitors are permitted at the managers discretion, please discuss any potential visitors with the receptionist. For peak dates such as rugby games or events, we do not allow visitors out of courtesy for all our guests.
