Directions to Property
From North on State Highway 1 turn right at the top of the hill taking the Acacia Bay/Kinloch turnoff, (Poihipi Road). Take first left into Acacia Bay Road and continue approx. 3 km to Great Lake Holiday Park Taupo on the right hand side.
From South on State Highway 1 through Taupo Central veer left at roundabout and cross Control Gate Bridge, take first turn on the left (Norman Smith Street) and continue to T-junction. Turn left into Acacia Bay Road and continue approx. 1.8 km to Great Lake Holiday Park Taupo on the right hand side.

Low Season: 1 April – 30 September
Payment Policy
A deposit of two night's stay + bank fee of 3%
Any outstanding balance is payable on arrival.
No refunds will be issued for early departure or reduction in booked numbers.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season: You will be refunded 50% of your deposit payment less the bank fee for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date.
High Season: No refunds
Child Policy
Children are aged from 2 - 14 years.
Infants are aged from 0 - 1 years old and stay for free.

Damages
Great Lake Holiday Park shall not be liable to the customer, and the customer hereby waives all claims against the Park, for: any injury or damage to any person or property in the Park, or any interruption of electrical service or any other utility service to the Park; any act or neglect of other guests or occupants or employees in the Park; or any other thing or circumstance whatsoever. All property in the Park belonging to the guest, its visitors or invitees shall be there solely at the risk of guest.
Any loss or damage to the campsite, unit or cabin as a result of wilful or accidental damage, may be charged to the guest as well as any additional costs incurred.
Smoking
No smoking allowed in units, cabins or main kitchen and shower buildings.
Noise Levels
No noise after 10pm and before 9am. Excess drinking and parties strictly forbidden.
Management reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund at their discretion should you not conduct yourself in a decent and reasonable manner.
Visitors
Visitors must report to the office for park security. Your visitors are your responsibility and must depart by no later than 10pm. No visitors allowed during high season.
Car Parking
Cabins: Cabins have one allocated parking space per booking.

Dogs
Dogs by prior arrangement with campsite bookings only. A daily charge per dog applies. Rules apply to ensure an enjoyable stay for all. No dogs allowed in high season.
Dog Rules:
1. Your dog must be kept on your site and is not allowed in any other area of the park (except to be walked on a lead from your site to the front gate).
2. Your dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside your tent, caravan or campervan.
3. When outside, your dog must be on a lead at all times and kept within the boundaries of your site.
4. Dog owners are responsible for picking up & disposing of their dog’s waste in a sealed bag in a rubbish bin.
5. Dog owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and for any & all injuries/and or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their dog.
If any of the above rules are not adhered to, management reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund at their discretion.
