Check In Policy

Please note check in is after 2pm and check out by 10am
SMOKING/VAPING: For the comfort of all our guests Highview Apartments is a smoke and vape free property, in all locations in and around the complex. In the event of someone smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income, to the registered guest.
VISITORS: Visitors are permitted at management discretion, until 10pm. (Maximum 2 visitors per room).
NOISE: Guests are not permitted to host parties or similar events. Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am
DAMAGE: The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all visitors whilst on the property. Deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour, will be charged to the registered guest.
Intoxicated guests or visitors who become rowdy and unruly will be evicted. Any valid complaints from other guests about noise or inappropriate behaviour will result in eviction of both guests and/or visitors and the local police will be advised.
PETS are not permitted on the property.
Persons under the age of 21 years may not occupy a room on their own.
KEYS. Guest will be charged for any replacement of lost or damaged keys.
EXTRA PERSONS: Any extra people staying not declared in the booking may be asked to leave, and additional charges may be added to the account.
CLEANING: Room cleaning standards are high, and we appreciate the room being left tidy. Management reserve the right to charge an additional $85 if the room is left in such a state that additional cleaning is required. We also reserve the right to charge for loss of income if the room cannot be made available due to additional cleaning needs. Valuables: The hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables left behind. Postage costs will be charged to my card if I/we request forwarding of item/s.

PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT: Payment will be taken by check in, unless already prepaid. A credit card is to be provided to cover all charges that may be made against the room. If no credit card details are provided payment of all accommodation charges plus a $200 bond is required at check-in. Any unpaid account will incur late payment fees and collection costs.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT: In consideration of the accommodation and services provided I acknowledge that I am liable for all accommodation charges and fees, and any other charges relating to my accommodation including damage, theft or loss, to the property.
PRIVACY POLICY: Highview Apartments recognises its responsibility to keep confidential at all times, information, data, and details that are collected and stored in the process of providing an accommodation service.
We do not support the viewing, downloading, or streaming of offensive or copyright material using the provided internet facility, and we will provide full support to any investigating authority.
