Laundry Facilities, Disability Unit, Free Hot Showers, Large Comfortable Communal Kitchen and Lounge with TV and log fire, WIFI and Free BBQ.
The Camp Pantry for your day to day supplies, including our own Free Range Eggs, Fresh Homemade Bread by order and also from our own Tunnel House seasonal Vege's.

Payment Policy
100% Booking Payment is required to confirm reservations for Powered, Non-Powered and all Undercover Sites.
Deposit payment of the 1st Night for all Roofed Accommodation, balance of booking value to be paid in full on arrival.
Credit Card Fees for online bookings @ 4%
Early check in charges before 2pm @ $10.00nz per hour or part thereof, $30.00 roofed accommodation
Late check out charges after 10am @ $10.00nz per hour or part thereof, $30.00 roofed accommodation
All additional charges for your stay will be charged directly to either credit card supplied at booking time or at check in time
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations within 72 hours of date of arrival will forfeit all paid deposits/funds.
Any funds due for payment at check in time not paid at check in time will be debited to Credit Card details supplied at time of booking, this includes charges for any additional guests not included on original booking.
Any cancellations prior to 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged an Administration Fee of $25.00nzd minimum or 10% of the total booking value.
All roofed accommodation cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will forfeit all paid deposits/funds.
No refunds will be issued for reduction of nights booked, changes made to guest numbers, changes made to accommodation requirements when requesting a change for lesser value of accommodation or where any changes are made within 72 hours of arrival date.

**NOTE** All guests must be registered at check in time and paid for at check in time. If additional guests are found on site charges will be applied to credit card details given, the booking will be cancelled immediately and result in all guests been removed from the property.
Any booking not "Checked In" at close of office and bookings that have no late check in provisions arranged that booking will be deemed a no show and cancelled.
