Payment Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card for all bookings. Some payments are due upon Check in unless pre-arragments are made by the Kawhia Beachside s-cape management. Credit card details are held for security of the reservation, inline with our Cancellation Policy.

If bookings are 4 or more nights, we require a 50% deposit of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice prior to arrival no charge will be made. If reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival the total of the first night's fee is payable. Failure to show for a reservation will be charged the first night's fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 4 OR MORE NIGHTS
If canceled before 7 days prior to stay- a full refund of deposit is allowed.
If canceled before 4 days prior - 25% of the reservation is non refundable.
If canceled within 48 hours, 50% of the reservation is non refundable. If a guest fails to cancel a reservation and does not arrive check-in (ie NO SHOW) then 50% of the full accommodation amount will be incurred, this also applys to group bookings.

Child Policy

Infants under 4 years old are Free of charge.
Children age is between 5 years and 14 years.
