Three bedrooms with 1 x King in the master bedroom, 1 x Queen (and fold out sofa for the kids if required) in the second room and 1 x Queen and 1 x single in the third downstairs bedroom. Each bedroom has its own ensuite providing total privacy for all guests.
This property also provides plenty of parking and a secure lock up garage.

Additional Information

This property is accessible via self entry. You will be sent self entry instructions two days prior to your arrival that will explain how to access the keys.

This property is not serviced on a daily basis but are serviced at the end of your stay. All linen is provided and upon departure, please can you ensure all dishes are done (dishwasher emptied) and all rubbish is removed.

Payment Policy

Full payment is debited from your authorized credit card three days prior to your arrival (unless you have already paid through a booking website at the time of booking). There is a 2.30% credit card surcharge.
For any bookings made directly through the Lakeside Accommodation website for any peak or event dates, we will contact you directly to request a non-refundable deposit. If a non-refundable deposit cannot be paid then we will need to cancel your booking.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the total booking cost. These cancellation terms do not apply to bookings that are noted as non-refundable..

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The holiday contract (“the contract”) is made between the guest (“you”) and the property owner (the owner”) of the property for which the contract is made. The term “guest” includes the person signing the contract and any person invited into the property by the guest. Lakeside Accommodation is described as “us” or “we”.

SECURING THE BOOKING:We require a current Master Card or Visa authorisation to secure a booking. Upon receiving details a confirmation form and arrival details will be sent to you. The booking is now CONFIRMED.

PAYMENT
Full payment is processed three days prior to the commencement of the holiday, unless you have already paid through a booking website at the time of booking. The provided credit card will be charged unless an alternative form of payment is pre-organised. Credit card transactions incur a 2.3% surcharge.

PROPERTY AMENITIES:
Use of all property amenities are entirely at the guest’s risk. We do not accept responsibility for any damage to you or your property including any vehicles and its contents, luggage etc.

ANIMALS:
Animals are prohibited on and in the property.

OCCUPANTS:
Your confirmation notes the maximum number of guests permitted. We will terminate the contract if the maximum is exceeded, and no refund will be offered. If guest numbers were more than that stated after the guest’s departure we may debit the credit card provided for the additional nightly rate of additional guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUESTS:
You are responsible for the property during your stay. You must take all reasonable care of the property and at the end of the holiday to leave the property clean and tidy. This includes cleaning all utensils and equipment, returning all furniture and appliances to their original location and disposing of all rubbish. We can provide a cleaner to do additional cleaning upon departure if agreed upon at the time of booking. If the property has not been left in the appropriate condition we may charge your credit card for an additional cleaning fee.

BBQ:
If there is a BBQ at the property, you are welcome to use it, but this must be left clean on departure. If it is not, we may charge your credit card a fee of $50.00

NO SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If the property smells of smoke (whether from smoking indoors or outside) we may charge the cost of additional cleaning and any loss of income due to being unable to rent the property until such time as the smell has gone.

DAMAGE:
The guest is legally responsible for all breakages and damage that may occur during the holiday and any cost of repair or replacement is payable by you on demand. Any damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately. The guest is liable for any costs of collection including solicitor/client fees and for interest of 1.5% per month for damages not paid within 7 days of invoice.

FORCE MAJEURE:
We are not responsible for non-availability or early termination of an apartment contract by reason of any matter or type or nature whatsoever without limitation which is beyond our control. If a property is no longer available for any reason we will attempt to place the guest in another similar property at no extra cost; offer a reasonable up-grade at the guest’s cost or cancel the booking and refund all fees.

RISK:
The guest warrants that he/she has agreed to this contract based upon his/her own judgement and accepts that such property is suitable in all respects for the guest’s needs by proceeding with a reservation.

PROPERTY USE:
The guests agree to use the property as a private dwelling only and shall not allow anything to be done to property which shall cause damage, or cause a disturbance to occupiers or owners of adjoining properties. The guest acknowledges that we are authorized to evict the guest immediately and without compensation if the guest is in breach of these terms for example using it for business/illegal purposes or hosting a disruptive event.

AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS:
We may amend these conditions at any time. The terms of the amendment shall be deemed to be accepted by the guest upon execution of any appropriate acknowledgement by the guest.
