For Peak Season bookings (15 Dec – 15 Mar):
A one-night deposit will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
This deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before arrival (by 2:00 PM).
Full payment is due on arrival, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
A credit card surcharge of 2.61% applies to all credit card payments.

Cancellations and amendments must be made before the arrival date, in line with the notice periods below:
Peak Season: 15 December – 15 March
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required, by 2:00 PM.
Off-Peak Season: 16 March – 14 December
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required, by 2:00 PM.
Group Bookings (5 or more rooms)
A strict 30 days’ notice is required for any cancellations or amendments.
Late cancellations may incur charges up to the full accommodation cost, which may be charged to the credit card provided.
No changes or cancellations are permitted after check-in.
Child Policy
Extra charges may apply for extra beds and cots.
Chargeback Processing Fee
A $4.00 processing fee will be applied to each chargeback transaction made to your accommodation account (e.g. restaurant meals or other participating local business charges). This fee covers the administration and processing costs associated with managing chargeback services.
