The open plan lounge/dining area opens onto a full deck, enjoy drinks in the afternoon sun and views over the water towards the Martime Museum and the Harbour bridge. A cavity slider opens the living area up to the bedroom which has a king bed (this can be split on request for an extra charge).A Smart TV and Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook. The fully tiled bathroom has a shower and also houses the washing machine and drier.

A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen and towels, with the apartment being serviced weekly. No smoking or e-ciagrettes in the apartment.

This apartment does not include a carpark. Paid Parking is available on Princes Wharf or across the street at the Downtown Car-parking Building.

How to access the Apartment:




Location: As you approach Princes Wharf go to the right of Wildfire
Restaurant and go to the second set of main Doors on the left in this
building – this is the entrance to Shed 22.



Use the white swipe card to open the main door (you will see the big number
22) in front. Either take the lift or stairs to the 1st Floor and use the
swipe card for the main doors, turn left and the apartment is at the far
end on the right hand side number 3, use the security key to enter.



When leaving please leave the swipe card and key in the apartment and lock
the apartment door.



The front door needs to be locked manually as does the veranda door, please
check it is locked each time you leave the apartment. If keys are not
returned to us at departure you will be charged $250.



There is a management office located in the ground level of the next Shed
(No 23), for general assistance to the residents and users of Princes
Wharf.




Smoking: No smoking allowed in the apartment, the balcony or in the public
areas of the building.



Veranda is open for use complete with table and chairs, please do not hang
clothes or towels outside (against body corp rules).




Noise: Noise is often a common problem when living in central city
apartments. Generally from 11pm – 7am noise should be at a reasonable
level. If you have problems with anyone making noise between these times
please contact security immediately. Once a complaint is received, security
will issue a first warning to the tenant/resident of where the noise is
coming from. If the noise continues, call our security team again. Noise
control will be called if the first warning is being ignored. Security is
onsite 24/7 and operates from the management office located on ground floor
of Shed 23. For any assistance please contact Security directly on 021 792
2473.




Amenities: The apartment is complete with Dishwasher, Microwave,
Television, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound System, Washing Machine and Clothes
Dryer. Ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner are all in either the bedroom
or hall cupboard.




Weekly Servicing is done on the anniversary of the day of your arrival, the
cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am. Beds are
remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc are replenished. The
bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen is given a wipe down. The apartment is
dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is swept/washed and
windows where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash your dishes as all
apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please remove your rubbish
daily to the dedicated areas within the



complex. Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you
will be charged a departure surcharge.



∙ Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and should
you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of $65 will then
apply. However if you do wish to amend your housekeeping day please send us
an email the day before and we will confirm the change.




CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done and put
away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to the rubbish room
on Level 3.




It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dish drawer.



All cooking facilities include a full range of cooking utensils, Microwave
and Microwave Dishes. Please clean after use.




Things to do: The Viaduct is a vibrant area with plenty of cafes and
Restaurants from Fine Dining to Cafe style Dinning. The Marine Museum is
well worth a look and if you enjoy boating there are many choices of hourly
and daily boat trips, jet boating or Ferries to Waiheke Island and even the
Coromandel for a full days trip visiting New Zealand’s pristine scenery,
Gold Mines and native forests.




Sky City Casino is a 10 minute walk (as you come out of Princes Wharf walk
straight up Hobson Street and the Casino is on the left) or 2 minute Taxi
Ride to make your investments as well as a good selection of Restaurants
and Cafe’s




Shops: The apartment is in close proximity to an array of shops including a
liquor shop in the precinct. It is also close to a very good cheap and
cheerful night takeaway in the mini mart opposite the Apartment entrance.



Westfield Shopping Centre is a brief 2 minute walk across the main road
with all the shops and food court required with specialist food shops if
you require self catering. Countdown Supermarket is located 10 minute walk
toward the container Wharf for your supplies.




Vacating: Check out is 10.00am. Please leave the swipe card and key in the
apartment and lock the door behind you.



Please do all your dishes and remove them from the dishwasher, take your
rubbish to the rubbish room on Level 3 – near the lift.




Fire Evacuation: Exit stairs are located to either the right as you leave
the apartment (the closest) or the left the way you entered the apartment.

Electricity: Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water
& Power: Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50
per month. Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for one bedroom.
Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts
will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays
for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then
shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
