Fantastic spacious family apartment with large balcony and views of the harbour and city.

Located on the 5th floor of Shed 20, this spacious 134sqm corner full furnished apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed, excellent wardrobe and ensuite with a walk in shower, the two downstairs bedrooms have Queen beds with a bathroom that has a walk in shower and separate bath. This bathroom also houses the washing machine and drier. The lounge has modern furniture and opens onto the corner deck, which has views over the harbour and back to the CBD. Stunning light show at night. Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi included. The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped for you to cook. A secure carpark on the 3rd floor of the building.

Please note Princes Wharf is a working wharf and you will get the occasional cruise ship outside the apartment for the day over summer although the majority of liners now moor at Queens Wharf - go to www.paol.co.nz for the timetable.

To Enter the Carpark (Height restriction 2m)


Enter the carpark ramp via Shed 23 (second Shed on left just by the Parking Booth for Wilson Car parking). Hold your Wilsons Access Card for 3 seconds against the reader on the right hand wall before the grille. At the top of the second ramp turn left and left again and then drives over the bridge into Shed 20 (yellow markings on pillars. Turn right straight after the bridge – the car park is on your right marked No. 45. 


To leave the car park follow signs to Exit hold your car park swipe over the reader on the right hand wall before the grille at the bottom on the ramp.  NOTE:  Your car park swipe records your vehicle in and out – if you tailgate another vehicle in or out of the building without swiping your card you will not be able to leave or re-enter the car park building again until the access card is programmed as the system will not have recorded your movements. 


Should you have any problems please contact: Wilsons Car parking on 0800 4 PARKING or 0800 688 853, they have the ability to open the grilles automatically. Please note the carpark access card is programmed for the carpark and the exterior lifts on the road bridges between the Sheds on Level 2+ 3.  It does not open the doors to the Shed itself on the carpark levels.


To enter the Apartment building from the car park, go to the lift well in the centre of the Shed (labeled Exit) and use your white building swipe to open the door.  .  Take the lift to Level 5, go through the fire doors turn right and your apartment is No. 41 on the right at the end of the corridor.


How to enter the apartment: At Princes Wharf proceed past shed 19 to shed 20 on your right hand side (i.e. second shed on right). Use the white swipe card for the grey pad on the right hand side of the door. Take the lift to level 5. Turn right through the fire doors use your white swipe card again on the grey pad on the right hand side.  Turn right and your apartment is down the corridor on the right.


Rubbish: The rubbish room is located on Level 3 – emptied daily, note the recycling containers for some items.


Dishwasher: It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the dishwasher.


Microwave:  Isolating switch between the 2 power points on back wall of kitchen behind hob.  Do not turn off.


Smoking: No smoking allowed inside the apartment or on balcony please.


Cleaning: done weekly on the anniversary of your arrival, the cleaners have their own access keys and will be there after 10am. Should your stay between 8-13 days, a housekeeping service will be scheduled halfway through your stay and on departure.  Beds are remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc. are replenished.  Both the bathroom(s) and kitchen are cleaned, but we do not wash any dirty dishes. The apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. Balconies and courtyards are swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned. Please remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex.  Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will be charged a departure surcharge. Please contact our office 24 hours prior to service should you wish to amend your housekeeping schedule. But should the cleaners arrive and for any reasons are turned away, a surcharge will apply unfortunately, as our cleaners are not based on site.


 


Departure


  • CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done and put away in the cupboards and take all your rubbish down to the bins in the garage.

  • Please leave keys on the kitchen bench with the apartment. Ensure the door is locked. If you have a vehicle parked in the garage, please MAKE SURE to drive out your car first (because you need the key to access the garage), then one person can go back to the apartment and place the key on the kitchen bench.

  • If keys are not left in the apartment, a lock replacement charge of $150 will occur

 


Noise: Noise is often a common problem when living in central city apartments. Generally from 11pm—7am noise should be at a reasonable level. If you have problems with anyone making noise between these times please contact security immediately. Once a complaint is received, security will issue a first warning to the tenant/resident of where the noise is coming from. If the noise continues, call our security team again. Noise control will be called if the first warning is being ignored. Security is onsite 24/7 and operates from the management office located on ground floor of Shed 23. For any assistance please contact Princes Wharf Security directly on 021 922 135.


Electricity: Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power: Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month. Electricity, to the value of $150 per month for two bedrooms.  Water to the value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.


 


Fire Evacuation Plan: Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your apartment. Ambulance/Fire/Police: Dial 111.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
