We keep things simple with focus on great service with a smile. With a central location we offer you the option to have all of Koh Lipe within walking distance.

Directions to Property
The Reef is located near the center of Koh Lipe, only a few hundred meters from the beautiful Sunrise Beach and 150 meters from the city center, where most attractions and activities is found.
Payment Policy
Payments are charged to the credit card that was used when placing your booking. We charge no extra fees of any kind and we charge your card in THB. Your credit card details are protected with SSL encryption and recorded securely.
Cancellation Policy
STD:
You can change or cancel your booking free of charge until 30 days before your arrival date. You will be charged the total value of your booking 30 days before arrival and the payment is non-refundable.
NRF:
You will be charged the total value of your booking within a few days after placing the booking and the payment is non-refundable.
In general please contact us if your plans change and we will do our best to find a solution, but we reserve the right to decline any changes outside of our cancellation policies.
Check In Policy
You must be able to show valid ID and your booking voucher, eather on paper or an electronic device. If you show up with more quests than your booking voucher is valid for, then we reserve the right to apply an extra fee to your booking or refuse the extra guests to stay at The Reef.
