All major credit cards are accepted to secure a booking. FULL PREPAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD THAT YOU MADE YOUR BOOKING WITH FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION. WE ARE CASHLESS.
For group bookings of 4 or more rooms and long stays of 4 or more nights FULL PAYMENT needs to received 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 Hours prior to arrival date. In the event of late cancellation full payment of accommodation tariff may be charged.
4 weeks notice is required for Group (4+ Rooms) and Long stay (4+ Nights) Bookings. In the event of a late cancellation full price of accommodation tariff may be charged.
Child Policy
Persons under the age of 18 are considered to be children and are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by an adult in their suite.
