Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.

Children using a separate bed will be charged at $15per night
Children are considered to be under 5yrs as any older is charged the same as an adult.
We also reserve the right to charge $15 extra per night if you are traveling with an infant due to extra cleaning that is required.
