Welcome to SkyScape - An experience that is more than just a nights accommodation.
Your SkyBed nestles at the foot of the Ben Ohau Range on Omahau Hill Station, a 6000 acre sheep and beef farm.

In the days prior to your stay you will receive an email confirming your room number with self check in directions.
Our house and office is located at 47 Ben Ohau Road. You will pass the office sign on Ben Ohau Road on your way up to SkyScape.
The farm track to SkyScape is suitable for standard 2WD vehicles. Lowered vehicles are not advised.

Below are directions to our SkyScape office.
SkyScape Office is Located at 47 Ben Ohau Road, Twizel. Please note, the office is a 10 minute drive from Twizel.
From the North.
• As you approach Twizel on State Highway 8, you will pass Pukaki Airport on your left, then pass over the Twizel River bridge.
• 250m past the bridge, turn right onto Glen Lyon Road.
• Follow Glen Lyon Road for 6.2km until you cross over the canal bridge.
• Once you have crossed the bridge, turn left and continue down Glen Lyon Road for 2.6km.
• Turn right onto Ben Ohau Road.
• The SkyScape office is located 400m on your left, at 47 Ben Ohau Road.
From the South.
• As you approach Twizel on State Highway 8 you will pass High Country Salmon and Lake Ruataniwha.
• Continue past the two main entrances to Twizel of Ostler Road and Ruataniwha Road.
• 250m past the Ruataniwha entrance to Twizel there is a small slip way on your left to enter onto Glen Lyon Road.
• Turn left onto Glen Lyon Road.
• Follow Glen Lyon Road for 6.2km until you cross over the canal bridge.
• Once you have crossed the bridge, turn left and continue down Glen Lyon Road for 2.6km.
• Turn right onto Ben Ohau Road.
• The SkyScape office is located 400m on your left, at 47 Ben Ohau Road.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to stay.
****If cancelled within 30 days of arrival or in the case of no-show, the total price (100%) of the reservation will be charged.
****Amended cancellation policy during the Covid-19 pandemic: If you are unable to travel to SkyScape due to Government imposed Covid-19 travel restrictions, your reservation can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Alternatively, a full refund will be given.
****In the event of extreme weather conditions, SkyScape reserves the right to close. Safety is paramount and the operator has the sole discretion to cancel a booking. In the case where a booking is cancelled, by the operator, a full refund (100%) will be given and alternative accommodation arranged.
****Tours are subject to weather and track conditions. Safety is paramount and the operator has sole discretion to cancel a tour due to safety. In the case where a tour is cancelled, by the operator, a full refund (100%) will be given.
We encourage you to take travel insurance in the event that circumstances outside of your control cause cancellation of your booking and thus incur a cancellation fee.
