Payment Policy
Credit card details required to secure your booking. A deposit of one nights accommodation is required, deposit will be taken at time of booking. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time. Credit card fees apply.
Cancellation Policy
A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival.
If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers, it will be treated as a cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for early departures. Reservations are not transferable.

Where you made your booking will determine where and with who you need to request any booking amendment or cancellation.
If the booking was made via the TOP 10 group website (www.top10.co.nz), please log into www.top10.co.nz and amend/cancel your booking.
If the booking was made via a third party, including online travel agents (i.e. booking.com, Expedia), traditional travel agents or other 3rd parties, then any request for a refund should to be direct to that organization in the first instance.

Check In Policy
Check in is from 2pm. Please contact us directly if you are going to arrive outside of reception hours to arrange a late arrival. Personal credit card details will be required for room security. A late check in fee of $30 will be charged if you have not made prior arrangements.
Privacy Policy
Club Card Purchase or Renewal.
* When you sign up as a TOP 10 Club Member your personal information will be held on the TOP 10 Holidays Parks Group’s membership database. This information (excluding any passwords) will be visible to the TOP 10 Central Office and will be used to pre-populate your details in any future online bookings either directly on top10.co.nz, on any of our individual TOP 10 parks’ websites and on the big4.com.au website should you make a booking through our Australian partner where reciprocal member discounts are offered. Your information will not be shared except where it is necessary to do so with contracted third-party suppliers for the purpose of conducting research about the Program and developing and marketing goods and services, or with your permission or as required by law. At sign up you will receive transactional emails confirming your membership, as well as promotional emails linked to your membership, offering additional member value across the park network.
* Please present your TOP 10 Club Membership card when you check in at a TOP 10 Holiday Park or use it at a national or local partner outlet. Always include your Membership number when making an online reservation or payment.
* You will save 10% on accommodation at TOP 10 Holiday Parks around New Zealand up to a maximum of $40 per stay. Savings apply to accommodation including sites.
* Reservations made through agents or third parties (including their websites) are not eligible for Membership savings.
* Valid for one accommodation unit or site per Membership per night.
* At certain Parks, savings can only be claimed once over the period 20 Dec to 31 Jan. Please check when making your reservation.
* Membership savings cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
* TOP 10 Club Membership is non-transferable i.e. the benefits apply to the person named on the card.
* Your Membership is valid from 2 years from date of issue shown on the card.
* As a TOP 10 Club Member you may receive specials and offers from TOP 10 Group.
Consecutive nights at the same TOP 10 Holiday Park will be treated as a single booking and the Membership Discount will only be available once over the period booked.
* Inappropriate, inconsiderate or anti-social behaviour in any TOP 10 Holiday Park, may result in suspension, termination and/or renewal refusal of a membership with no refund available. Any behaviour deemed to be of this nature may be shared internally with the TOP 10 Central Office and with other TOP 10 Holiday Parks and, at the discretion of the Holiday Park, may result in refusal of entry to that property.
* The TOP 10 Club Membership card remains the property of the TOP 10 Holiday Parks Group at all times.
