Cancellation Policy
Reservations at The Terrace Villas can be cancelled or amended before
2pm. 48 hours prior to arrival date for stays of 1-6 nights (2 nights will be charged)
2pm, 7 days prior to arrival date for stays of 7 nights plus.(7 nights will be charged)
2pm, 7 days prior to the first 28 days for stays 28 days and longer. (minimum 28 days will be charged)
Reservations made direct or through our website can be cancelled or amended by emailing
info@terracevillas.co.nz (We don't accept changes by phone)
Third party reservations must be cancelled or amended direct the party booked with. The Terrace Villas accepts no responsibility for any fees or penalties they may charge.
Exceptions are "Event Dates"
Reservations that include high demand dates such as high-profile concerts and sports events will be deemed as "event dates"
These reservations are non-refundable for entire stay. Guests will be notified by email at the time of booking.
