Payment Policy
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
-Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

through the stay, the guest will incur the total accommodation cost of all night's reserved,

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Child Policy
The guests accept full responsibility for checking with ‘Time in a Place’ as to whether or not the
property is, to the best knowledge of, safe for children.

Check-In
Check in time is from 2pm. There is no guaranteed check in before 2pm.
Check-Out
Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. The property must be completely vacated by check
out time. Failure to comply will incur a surcharge.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Keys should be left inside the property or the Key storage box on departure - see below for lost key
surcharges.
You should leave the property as you found it with the dishes done and bins emptied. Rubbish must
be dealt with as per instructions. If the cleaning takes more time than 1 hour for a one bedroom, 1.5
hours for a two bedroom and 2 hours for a three bedroom you will be charged an additional cleaning
fee of $35 per hour.
