There is a small suprette within 10 minutes walk from our Motels, however we suggest you complete
any shopping requirements as you pass through Motueka. There is a New World and a Countdown in this town. Our rooms have kitchen facilities and we also have a ‘communal BBQ’ area for guest use.
Payment Policy:
On Line Bookings Deposit:
One night deposit taken at time of booking.
First night as security deposit at the time of booking with the balance paid on arrival.
Payment:
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full prior to departure (if not already done so).
Overdue/recovery charges may be incurred if your account is not paid on time
Cancellation/refund policy:
In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid:
-Cancellation within 48hours of arrival, no refund.
-Cancellations for bookings made between 24th December & 4th January, no refund.
-Early departure, no refund
Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. A flat fee deposit is required for on line bookings, this fee is non refundable if cancelled after the required seven days notice.
Alterations
Alterations can be made, subject to availability, and may require a unit / site change. An administration fee may apply. Management reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the alteration reduces the reservation below minimum requirements and cancellation penalties will apply. Alterations to the number of guests require management approval. No refund will be made should guests alter or leave for any reason before their reserved departure date.
Smoking:
As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
Property Damage:
Management reserve the right to charge for any misuse or damage of property including buildings and furnishings.
General:
Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
Overdue Accounts:
All accounts are payable on arrival. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date.
