Tuscany On Thames is a 5 minute walk to the town centre, where you find every facility you need, from a supermarket to a shopping mall, a hospital, all major banks and an I- Site. Ask us and we can direct you to where you would like to go.

Directions to Property
We are on the main road into Thames, just before the main street. They Toyota signature factory is across the road from us. You will come to the 50km sign and go over bridge and see the BP sign. We are just past it.
Payment Policy
Reservations require a credit card and full payment will be taken in the week prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are to be in writing. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date will incur no fee. Within 48 hours you will be charged a minimum one night unless we are able to re sell your unit. If you made your booking with an Online Travel Agent (Booking.com, etc) then it is non refundable from the time of booking. You CAN NOT cancel these booking with us, you need to go back through the reservation system you used. Some bookings will fall under a SPECIAL EVENT time and you will be notified at the time of booking of the applicable policy.
Child Policy
$25.00 per child per night. Infants under 1 year with own bedding, no charge otherwise same as child and we will provide a port a cot.
Check In Policy
2.00pm with a early check in option available at a cost of $20.00 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
