Mt Aspiring Holiday Park is peacefully nestled in the hills just 3km outside of Lake Wanaka township. Settle in for a relaxing holiday or stopover with beautiful views, plenty of space and fresh mountain air. Lake Wanaka offers a variety of outdoor activities in the hot and dry Otago summers and superb skiing in winter. The world's best fly fishing and tramping is to be found in this area. The jewel at the heart of the region is Mount Aspiring National Park.

Directions to Property
From the town centre, drive along Ardmore Street with the lake on your right hand side. Keep going for about 3km out of the township, towards Glendhu Bay, and you will see us on the left hand side just after the 70km/h speed limit change.

Campers - please bring your own cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
Payment Policy
Booking Through Mt Aspiring Holiday Park Website:
Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
Calling Mt Aspiring Holiday Park direct or in Person:
A credit card is required to confirm the booking. Full pre payment is charged 48 hours prior to arrival.
Peak Periods (relates to all bookings whether booked directly or through a third party booking site):
Full pre payment is required over peak periods - including, but not limited to Wanaka A and P; New Year bookings (20 December - 31 January), Easter, as well as bookings over long weekends and school holidays. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm this, if you are unsure if your booking will fall within our peak period.
A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against that card.
Special requests are on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us directly if you have any requests.
We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:
-is not the person named on the reservation
-is not the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
-is not able to pay for any additional charges
-may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
-may exhibit socially unacceptable behavior
-is younger than 25 years and not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
-is concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
We reserve the right to eject guests from the Park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted in Units or Cabins. We allow dogs on Powered or Unpowered sites after 01 February - 1 December.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of arrival will be charged the full cost of the booking. Over peak periods, a non-refundable deposit of the full booking is required.
If you made your booking with us, we require your cancellation or amendment to be made in writing directly to us.
If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.
If you made your booking on an OTA (Online Travel Agent) e.g. booking.com, then you will have to make your cancellation or amendment directly with them.
Child Policy
Child ages are 3 to 15 years inclusive - where child rates are offered. There is no charge for children 2 years and under.
Check In Policy
Check-in time is from 12pm for campsites and 2pm for accommodation on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be arranged directly with the Park, subject to availability.
If Guests are arriving later than 6pm, we ask the guest to contact the Park during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.
Balance of any accounts outstanding are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. Refunds will not be offered for early departure.
A valid credit card in the name of the guest must be presented on check-in. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged against that card.
Visitors are allowed by arrangement with the management. Your visitors are your responsibility and should depart by 9pm.
