Bliss on the Bay - a luxurious and spacious home
Kitchen - large beautiful fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge, with bottom draw freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, sachets of coffee, sugar, tea, plunger coffee, full double oven with gas hob.
Dining table seating for 8,
Lounges - two lounges - one main lounge upstairs and second smaller lounge downstairs, both have TV with access to Netflix etc, free wifi, heatpumps upstairs and downstairs.
Laundry - large washing machine, dryer and laundry tub,
Bathrooms - 2 bathrooms with separate toilet. Upstairs bathroom has large shower and toilet. Downstairs bathroom has bath and shower with separate toilet nearby.
Bedrooms - spare blankets available.
Outdoor - Upstairs BBQ and large deck with outside table and seating overlooking fabulous view.

All our homes are smokefree inside.
A credit card is required as a security bond. (Even if you are paying via Internet Banking) There are no transactions taken for a security bond. This is a non transactional method for securing against damage or excess cleaning.
If you are paying by credit card we will deduct funds on the day of arrival. Please note there is a 3.1% credit card fee on top of your tariff. OR you may choose to pay via Internet Banking . Our banking details are:

If you are unable to secure your booking with a credit card, we require a deposit be paid. 30% of full tariff is required and must be paid at the time of booking with full payment made 14 days prior to check-in. Late payments of deposit: The balance due must be received on or before its due date. If your payment fails to reach us by the due date we may choose to cancel your booking with or without notice to you, and make the property available to others. Cancellation charges apply (see below).
During COVID times Kaikoura Holiday Homes offer 100% refunds for COVID related cancellations. If you have booked through an agent such as Airbnb, Booking.com you will need to contact them directly.

If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others.

Cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 50.0% of the total booking charge
Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 100.0% of the total booking charge
Should WE cancel the booking due to YOUR NON-PAYMENT: Should any of your payments fail to reach us by their due date we have the right to cancel the booking with or without providing you with notice. Under these circumstances our standard cancellation charges apply.
Cancellation by Owner/Manager
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money in full.

Check In Policy
Self Check in. Check-in is from 2.00pm and Check-out 10.00am. Kaikoura Holiday Homes will send you an email approx. 5 days prior to your arrival giving you details of how to access the home. If you require different check-in / check-out times we are happy to accommodate if possible, so please contact us. Please return house keys to where you got them from.
