All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is also another bedroom. This bedroom has a set of twin beds that can be made into super king. This bedroom has a large well appointed bathroom.
Kapuka is a fabulous new and modern well appointed townhouse of with every last convenience. It is snug and warm in winter, and cool in summer. There are heat pumps throughout the house. The lounge opens onto a fabulous deck lending itself to great outdoor living for a good part of the year as weather allows.
The garage is a real bonus for anyone using this lovely home. Drive straight in to the garage and there is access straight into the house. This is a great space for those extras you bring with you but need somewhere to store. A great space for your ski gear, bikes or other holiday equipment.

The management DO NOT have ONSITE OFFICE but do live locally so please give us your preferred check in time, then update us with a call or message 30mins prior to arrival and we will meet you at the property and check you in. We available by phone or message at all times to sort out any detail to make your stay the very best experience.We offer a complimentary basket of tea and coffee for on arrival.
No smoking is permitted indoors or in outdoor patio areas, We reserve the right to charge you credit card for any additional cleaning required due to smoke damage
Credit card details required to confirm booking. Payment in full will be taken 14 days prior to arrival. Credit card management fees 2.95% apply.
Cancellations or modifications up to 14 days prior to arrival can be made with no fee charged. Cancellation or amendments within 14 days of scheduled start of stay total booking price will be charged. In case of no show full amount of reservation
