We have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Failure to notify a cancellation within this period time will result in a penalty of charge of one night's accommodation tariff.
Failure to notify and a no show will result in a penalty of full accommodation if room is not sold.

All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged NZD 15 per person per night for children's cots/cribs.
All children from 0 to 11 years are charged NZD 15 per person per night when using existing beds.
All children from 0 to 11 years are charged NZD 15 per person per night for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged NZD 25 per person per night when using existing beds.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
