Welcome to Westshore Holiday Park. We are situated at the northern gateway of Napier in the sunny Hawke's Bay, just 5 minutes drive from our lovely Art Deco City centre and Marine Parade attractions. Our camping ground is positioned in a sheltered location on 1.5ha of well-maintained, park-like grounds. We are walking distance to the swimming/surf Westshore beach, which is patrolled in the summer months. The unique Ahuriri Estuary Boardwalk and Bird Reserve lies on our park boundary.
Property Facilities
We offer a wide range of clean and comfortable accommodation with spacious park motels, comfortable self-contained units, great cabins, and plenty of sites for tents, caravans, campervans, motorhomes and recreational vehicles in well-maintained grounds. We have an on site dump station for portables only, 2x clean ablution blocks, 2x laundry rooms and 1x communal kitchen area.

Location / Distances
Located just outside our holiday park grounds is Ahuriri Estuary - one of the most significant estuaries in the North Island. A public bus stop is located just 200 mtrs from the park entrance. Westshore beach is just a 5 minute walk if you fancy a surf or swim. The Westshore pub is located right across the road for a quick meal and cold beverage. Napier city is a 10 minute drive. Westshore shops are a 5 minute walk or quick drive down the road, you will find a dairy, chemist, hairdresser, cafe and fish n chips.

DAMAGE POLICY: I authorise the use of my credit card (in my absence) to pay for any costs associated with any additional cleaning requirements that may be incurred.
A credit card may be required upon arrival for a $150.00 security bond - this is released within 7 working days (does not apply to camp sites)
SMOKING POLICY: No Smoking in any units - additional charges may apply for smoking in rooms.
INTERNET USE: I accept responsibility for any infringement of the Copyright (Infringing File Sharing) Amendment Act 2011, and accept liability for any fines or notices incurred as a result of breaching this act.
Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation to secure the booking. The remaining amount may be charged in the 30 days before arrival. Credit Card, Direct Debit and EFTPOS available.
A valid credit card is required upon arrival for a $150.00 security bond This is released within 7 working days (does not apply to camp sites)
Cancellation Policy
We will do our best, however, we are unable to guarantee any requests.
IF YOU LEAVE EARLY OR CHANGE YOUR MIND = NO REFUNDS..
The guest will be charged the first night upon reservation and the total price if they cancel within 30 days before arrival (Please note third party booking services may also have a cancellation fee over and above.)
Peak Weekends may have minimum night stay and require prepayment in full at the time of booking. NO REFUNDS over peak weekends or public holidays.
There will be no deposit refunded if the customer fails to arrive on the day of the reservation.
We recommend guests have travel insurance.
Our cancellation terms are not negotiable.
Child Policy
Children aged 14yrs and under are classified as a child.
Children aged 2yrs and younger are free. While children aged 2yrs-14yrs are charged at a child rate. Children aged 14yrs and over are charged at an adult rate.
