NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN WHEN A RESERVATION IS MADE but your credit card details are required to secure your booking. All major credit cards accepted including Amex cards. The name that will appear on your statement will be Airport Palms Motel.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made direct with us a 24 hours notice prior to 2pm of check-in date is required for cancellation of booking, or one nights accommodation will be charged.
For bookings made with an online travel agent a minimum 48 hours notice prior to 2pm of check-in date is required for cancellation of booking, or one nights accommodation will be charged.
Non-refundable bookings - no refunds given and payment is taken at time booking is made.
