Payment Policy
In order to confirm the reservation, credit card details will need to be provided. These details will remain on file, unprocessed until either check in or cancellation where a charge may be incurred. A card verification process may to done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and then will be removed as transaction will not be processed.
Where a guest has no credit card facilities, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay will need to be received prior to confirmation of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
If booking is cancelled or amended within 72 hours of arrival date, the first night's tariff will be charged. If booking is cancelled or amended more than 3 days prior to stay there will be no charge. A no-show will incur the total cost of the booking.
Bookings of 4 or more units require 30 days cancellation without fees, bookings cancelled in this period will incur the first night in full.
Amendments to the reservation are not allowed upon or after check-in.
Refunds are not available for unforeseen circumstances such as road closures or adverse weather conditions. Guests are strongly advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover such events.
Child Policy
One child under 2yrs stay free when using existing bed. One older child or adult is charged $35 per night when using existing bed. The maximum number of children's cot in a room is one.
Check In Policy
I know that check out time is strictly by 10am. I accept responsibility for the unit contents and its security, and am prepared to pay for any damages, or items missing once checked out. I know that all buildings and grounds are smoke-free zones. I have provided the correct number of people staying in the unit. I will not tamper with any fire or security systems. I know no pets are allowed inside units or on property. I will keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9pm and 8am. I will not undertake any odorous cooking (e.g. seafood / strongly spiced curries). There will be an additional cleaning charge if food waste or rubbish is left on floor, benches, carpet or bedding.
