We are easy to find, located conveniently between Blenheim Road and Lincoln Road, just follow the signs for Christchurch Railway Station. From Lincoln Road turn onto Whiteleigh Avenue or from Blenheim Road turn onto Clarence Street (towards the signposted Railway Station).

When arriving by train please give us a call on 0800232565 or 03 925 9281 ten minutes prior to your arrival so we can pick you up on a timely fashion. Or you can dial 12 on the freephone situated to the left of the main exit at the Christchurch railway station and we will come down for the pick up in our van

Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will have a penalty charge of one nights accommodation charged to the given credit card. Reservations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be considered as Nonrefundable booking.

If your group size is smaller than originally booked for, you will still have to pay in full unless we can move you to a smaller room. However, it must be done prior to check in.

For all nonrefundable bookings, if cancelled, no refund will be issued. Modifications are not permitted but if allowed, rebooking can only be done at the new regular rate applicable for the new date and subject to availability.
No refund for reduction in number of guest staying at the time of check in.
