Please book your arrival date and a minimum two night stay. Your booking includes 2 nights’ accommodation with linen, 3 days of high-country walking tracks, full catering, lunchboxes and walking sticks.
For your safety on the walking tracks, we do not accept single-person bookings.
Our four luxury glamping tents are designed for both couples and groups, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Each tent features a luxurious Super King bed, which can be configured as two single beds. For larger groups, tents can be arranged with three individual beds, accommodating 8–12 guests across the four tents.
Arrival: 9:30am and Departure: 12:00pm.
Adults (13 years and over): $1,295 per person.
Children (5–12 years): $995 per person

Indulge in the epitome of luxury camping at our exquisitely designed & styled hunting tents, nestled on our sprawling high-country station. Spend both nights of your stay here, relax and enjoy - each day’s walk will take you in a different direction!
Our beds are NZ made, proudly using NZ wool. All linens are provided. Choose between King or Two Singles per tent. Modern bathrooms and communal facilities are located close by in our solid communal building, including kitchen, dining, lounge and gas fireplace for those chilly nights.

Aschworth High Country Station spans 6,000 acres, just 20 minutes from Blenheim township and 10 minutes from Blenheim Airport. We welcome you to experience the beauty and adventure of the high country, while enjoying a luxurious stay at our exclusive glamping site.
Property Facilities
The glamping site features a spacious communal building with a gas fireplace, dining and lounge areas, and a kitchen space where you can finish preparing the meals provided for you.
Bathrooms are also located within the building and feature all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
General Room Facilities
Our luxury glamping tents are more like cabins than traditional tents, featuring wool insulation, wooden floors and luxurious bedding for a comfortable stay.
Each tent can be configured with either one king bed or two single beds, with four tents available in total.

Secure car parking is available at the start of the walking track, where our team will meet you at 9.30am on arrival.

628 Brancott Road, Fairhall, Blenheim.
Please drive to the end of Brancott Road. Once you reach the gravel driveway, keep to the right and follow the signs towards “Aschworth”. Continue all the way to the end, where you’ll find the white homestead. This is where your high-country adventure begins.

Payment Policy
Booking/Payments
Please book your arrival date and our system will automatically calculate your 2night/3day adventure with us.
If possible, please book as a group so we can coordinate your walk & stay with us or email us with your group.
We take bookings for minimum 2 persons (and there forward in even numbers) per booking to suit our accommodation layout. If you are wanting to book as an uneven number (1,3,5 or 7 guests) and wish to book please phone Sarah on 027 4616013 and we can discuss possible dates that might suit you.
We require a deposit of $395 per person to confirm each booking, once completed you will receive an email confirmation. Your booking will be secure and confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Our maximum guest numbers are 12 people per stay, if you would like the exclusive use of the site you will need to book for 8 people.
Payments can be made online through Seekom Pay or direct to our bank account, using your booking reference

Please pay your balance ($900 per adult & $595 per child) into the above bank account 30 days prior to your booked arrival date. Separate payments from individuals are accepted – please ensure you use your booking reference number with all payments."
Cancellation Policy

90 days or more notice – full refund will be given minus $80 administration fee for cancellations (per booking), please note you can date change instead.
60-90 days notice – half of your deposit per person will not be refunded (deposit is $400 per person, $200 per person will not be refunded)
30-60 days notice – your deposit of $400 per person will not be refunded
0-30 days notice – no refund will be given
Please note that we allow name changes on bookings right up until the day of arrival, so feel free to find a replacement if you cannot make your booking.
All cancellations and/or name changes must be made in writing and sent to bookings@aschworth.co.nz for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible, in this case you will be offered to re-schedule or a full refund will be given.
Child Policy
Children
We welcome children at Aschworth High Country Station and can cater accordingly. Please detail any dietary requirements and preferences for children in the booking form.
Please be aware that parts of our track are very steep, there are always options to take other routes, please contact us if you are unsure.
Children 5-12 years (on the walking date) $995
Unfortunately the track is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Please arrive at the Aschworth High Country Homestead at 9.30am on your arrival day where we welcome you with a farm style morning tea while you get ready for your adventure, meet your host who will give you a briefing and answer any questions you may have.
Please be prepared with your day walking bag and required equipment for walking and separately your bag to be transferred to your glamping accommodation.
Your luggage including refreshments will be transported to your glamping accommodation via 4WD, we appreciate if you can minimise your luggage – one 15-20kg bag per person and refreshments (beer, wine, other refreshments), please ensure these are packaged up well to avoid breaking, consider cans where possible.
