We look forward to welcoming you to Aschworth High Country Station - please book your arrival date and a two night stay (our bookings will only accept arrivals every second day) - you will automatically be booked for your two night stay/3 day walk. Included in your booking - 2 nights accommodation including all linen, 3 days of high country walking tracks, full catering, lunchboxes and walking sticks.
We request that you book in even numbers (2,4,6 or 8 guests) this is to maximise the use of the property, ensure you are not sharing a room with a stranger and for your safety while using our walking track.
Arrival is at 9.30am on your arrival date and depature by 2pm on your departure date. Adults (13 years and over) $1,295 per person Children (5-12 years old) $995 per person

Aschworth High Country Station is spread over 6000 acres just 20 minutes from Blenheim Town and 10 minutes from Blenheim Airport. We welcome you to enjoy our high-country adventure and stay in luxury at our glamping site.
Property Facilities
The glamping site has a large communal solid building with a gas fireplace, and a place to finish off cooking the meals that are provided for you, including dining table and lounge areas.
Bathrooms are also located in this building with all modern luxuries.
General Room Facilities
Our luxury glamping tents are more like a cabin than a tent, wool insulated wooden floors and luxury bedding. The layout is one king bed or two singles per tent and we have four tents available.
Car Parking
There is secure car parking available at the start of the walking track, our team will meet you when you arrive at 9am on your start day.

Please drive to the end of Brancott Road, once on the gravel driveway you will stay to your right towards "Aschworth", drive right to the very end to the white homestead where you will begin your adventure.

Payment Policy
"Booking/Payments
Please book your arrival date and our system will automatically calculate your 2night/3day adventure with us.
If possible, please book as a group so we can coordinate your walk & stay with us or email us with your group.
We take bookings for minimum 2 persons (and there forward in even numbers) per booking to suit our accommodation layout. If you are wanting to book as an uneven number (1,3,5 or 7 guests) and wish to book please phone Sarah on 027 4616013 and we can discuss possible dates that might suit you.
We require a deposit of $395 per person to confirm each booking, once completed you will receive an email confirmation. Your booking will be secure and confirmed once your deposit has been received.
Our maximum guest numbers are 8 people per stay, if you would like the exclusive use of the site you will need to book for 8 people.
Payments can be made online through Seekom Pay or direct to our bank account, using your booking reference

Cancellation Policy

90 days or more notice – full refund will be given minus $80 administration fee for cancellations (per booking), please note you can date change instead.
60-90 days notice – half of your deposit per person will not be refunded (deposit is $400 per person, $200 per person will not be refunded)
30-60 days notice – your deposit of $400 per person will not be refunded
0-30 days notice – no refund will be given
Please note that we allow name changes on bookings right up until the day of arrival, so feel free to find a replacement if you cannot make your booking.

Weather Cancellations
Our cancellation policy will be adhered to if you decide that the weather is not optimal for walking and you wish to cancel. We have some other options for getting to the glamping site and some shorter walk options also, so please discuss with us if you are concerned.
If we close our walking track and glamping site due to severe weather or for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible, in this case you will be offered to re-schedule or a full refund will be given.

We welcome children at Aschworth High Country Station and can cater accordingly please detail dietary requirements and preferences for children in the booking form.
Please be aware that parts of our track are very steep, there are always options to take other routes, please contact us if you are unsure.
Children 5-12 years (on the walking date) $995
Unfortunately the track is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Please arrive at the Aschworth High Country Homestead at 9am on your arrival day where we welcome you with a farm style morning tea while you get ready for your adventure, meet your host who will give you a briefing and answer any questions you may have.
Please be prepared with your day walking bag and required equipment for walking and separately your bag to be transferred to your glamping accommodation.
Your luggage including refreshments will be transported to your glamping accommodation via 4WD, we appreciate if you can minimise your luggage – one 15-20kg bag per person and refreshments (beer, wine, other refreshments), please ensure these are packaged up well to avoid breaking, consider cans where possible.
Check out on your final day is by 2pm"
