Cancellation Policy
The guest will be charged 10% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 10% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 3 days before arrival. No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking, except for bookings made within 3 days of arrival.
Child Policy
All children are welcome. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib. All children from 2 to 15 year are charged NZD 15 per person per night when using existing beds. All older children or adults are charged NZD 20 per person per night when using existing beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of cribs in a room is 2.
