Located at the entranceway to Papakura, we are 300 metres from the New Zealand Bloodstock Centre and just a few minutes drive from Papakura city centre, RSA, Massey Park Aquatic Centre and Stadium, Hawkins Theatre, and Bruce Pullman Park. We are only 19 km away from Auckland Airport and 30 km away from Auckland CBD.

From Auckland CBD and Airport: Take the Papakura exit from the Southern Motorway. Turn left on to Beach Road and Colonial Motel is located on the left.
From Hamilton and South: Take the Papakura exit from the Southern Motorway. Turn right, drive over the motorway bridge on to Beach Road and Colonial Motel is located on the left.

SMOKING POLICY
We have a no-smoking policy in all rooms.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
We have a no in-room party policy to ensure we can protect our guests at all times. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given. If this warning is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave without any refund.
Pets are not allowed.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open from November to March (from 10am to 6pm) and is for patrons only.
Payment Policy
We accept credit card, bank transfer, debit cards and cash.
Guests are required to provide a $100 security deposit at check-in by credit card or cash, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations to your booking must be made 2 days prior to arrival.
If you fail to meet this requirement we reserve the right to charge one night’s accommodation to the credit card number supplied.
Please note cancellations should be made in writing and emailed to the Motel.
Check In Policy
Check in time is from 2pm to 10pm. Please contact us in advance If you are planning to check in outside of this time frame.
Check out time is 10am.
