Powered Sites — Nightly - Per Person

If you want to experience the freedom of camping we have powered and non-powered sites tucked in throughout the park under our beautiful leafy canopy.

Please note:

Campervans, Motorhomes or Caravans = must have a current electrical warrant of fitness (EWOF)

Cars, Vans and Tents = must have a complaint campers lead with inline RCD and this should have a current electrical test tag that has been issued by a registered electrician.

Checks will be completed at the time of arrival before you are allocated to a powered site.

Our Park is situated an easy 10 minutes walk from town, and 15 mintues drive to the beach. (Baylys Beach) 20 mintues drive to Kai-iwi Lakes and 30 minutes to the Mightly Kauri Forests

Payment Policy

All rates quoted are per night and include GST.

All bookings require full payment at the time of booking to secure the accommodation. Any overdue balances must be settled on arrival.

Management observes the right to fix any errors in quoted price (including verbal and written quotes).

For all room bookings, valid credit card details will be required to be held to cover against incidentals during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

GENERAL BOOKINGS: Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will result in loss of all deposit paid. Cancellation outside of 21 days will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee per unit or site booked.

GROUP BOOKINGS (3+ units/sites or 10+ guests): Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of all deposit paid. Cancellation outside of 30 days will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee per unit or site booked.

COVID 19 – any bookings requiring to be cancelled, due to COVID 19 are non refundable. This includes and is not limited to: government enforced travel restrictions and requirement to isolate due to confirmed or probable case or close contact.
Booking credit can be held for the guest to use within 6 months of the original check in date.

There will be no refunds for bookings made for public holidays, public holiday weekends or the Christmas/New Years period. There will also be no refunds for bookings made in relation to events in Dargaville.

Amendments can be made at Management's discretion (an administration fee may apply). If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers, it will be treated as a cancellation.

No refund for early departure.

Dargaville Holiday Park has the following policies:

No recreational vehicles/road bikes are to be stored in rooms

Child Policy

Children are persons 1-13 years of age on the date of arrival.
Infants are classed as under 1 year of age and are FREE of charge.
All persons 13 years or older are classed as adults.

Check In Policy

Check in daily is from 2.00pm - 7.30pm.
Our office hours are between the hours of 8.00am - 7.30pm.
For late arrivals, please contact the office during office hours to make arrangements.
