Payment Policy

All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per night basis and include GST of 15%.
All reservations made are accompanied by credit card details. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The card details will be held to secure a booking, however no charges are debited to that card at the time of booking.
Payment is due on check-in.
NOTE: There is a 2% surcharge on credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

General Reservations: 1—3 room bookings - If a booking is cancelled or shortened within 24 hours of the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation may apply to the room(s) affected.
Group Reservations: 4+ room bookings - If a booking is cancelled or shortened within 7 days – 24 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation cost may apply to the room(s) affected . For cancellation and changes within 24 hours of arrival, 100% of the accommodation cost may be charged.

Child Policy

Children and infants are welcome at Aurora on George. They must be included in the number of people staying. Children and infants are charged the same as an adult.

Check In Policy

Check in time is from 2.00 – 9.00pm. If you know your time of arrival, do let us know. If you think you might arrive outside these hours, please contact us directly to discuss how this can be managed..
