4-Berth Self-Contained Unit — Nightly

Our 4-berth self-contained cabin is our deluxe studio style cabin which sleeps upto 4 people. This cabin has its own shower and toilet and kitchenette.

The unit exists of:

- a double bed and a set of bunkbeds with bottom sheets, pillows with pillowslips

- dining table with chairs and TV.

- kitchenette with kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery, pots pans, hotplates and microwave.

*A duvet ($6 per person) set and towels ($2.50 each) can be hired for an extra charge. Please inform us if you would like to hire any of the additional items.

- a double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 sets of bunkbeds in the other bedroom with bottom sheets, pillows with pillowslips

- dining table and chairs, lounge and TV.

- kitchenette with kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery, pots pans, hotplates, microwave and oven

Powered Site — Nightly

Suited for campervans or caravans we have a great selection of spacious sites available for you to enjoy on both hard standing concrete and grass. The majority of our sites are individually hedged giving space and privacy to our guests and all sites are a short walk to our amenity blocks.

All of our powered sites utilise the latest RCD safety circuit breakers. Please note any camper or caravan wishing to use power will need an up to date Electric Warrant of Fitness.

We are a pet friendly park, only small dogs accepted by arrangement (please refer to our pet rules).

Powered site suitable for a camper van or caravan with a maximum length of 7m. To avoid disappointment for any vehicle over this length please call ahead to make arrangements.

Tent Site — Nightly

Suited for tents or vehicles not requiring power we have a great selection of spacious, flat grassy sites for you to enjoy.

Easy access to our clean camp facilities which consist of 2 bathroom blocks, a family bathroom, TV room, kitchen and laundry. We also have several picnic tables dotted around the park and next to our BBQs.

We are a pet friendly park, only small dogs accepted by arrangement (please refer to our pet rules).

Un-powered sites are approx. 6mx6m with plenty of room for a standard size tent and car.

We have 20 cabins to suit all tastes and budgets set in park-like surroundings with mature trees.

We have 30 power sites and 30 non-power sites suited for camper vans, caravans and tents.

There are 2 amenity blocks with all accommodation close by, these are serviced daily. Facilities include bathrooms, family bathroom, kitchen, TV room, laundry and BBQs.

Car Parking

Please note sites and cabins allow for one car park only.

If you require parking for additional vehicles and / or a trailer you will need to contact reception if there is room for us to accommodate an extra vehicle.

Payment Policy

The balance of the reservation booking must be paid in full at the time the booking is made. If other circumstances apply, alternative arrangements may be made with reception prior to the arrival date. Other arrangements regarding payments may be arranged at management’s discretion. The management reserves the right to request a bond of upto $500 on bookings.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to hchp@xtra.co.nz
Cancellation charges:
100+ days before stay, monies returned less 10% of total paid
99-46 days before stay, monies returned less 50% of total paid
45-15 days before stay, monies returned less 75% of total paid
14 days or less before stay, no refund will be made.
All cancellations will incur an additional admin fee of $30 for every unit and/or site cancelled.

This booking is not transferable to another party.

Any changes made to a confirmed booking will incur an admin fee of $30.
If it is not possible to make the requested change and you wish to cancel our above policy will hold.
If we do not receive 30 days notice of any changes to the above booking(dates or numbers of guests), you will be fully charged on arrival.

Check In Policy

Check-in is from 2:00pm. Please advise reception if you will be arriving later than 8pm so arrangements can be made for a late check-in. You may contact reception on (07) 855 8255 or email hchp@xtra.co.nz.
 
Check-out is no later than 10:00am on the day of departure. A late check-out may be arranged at management discretion but must be arranged prior to the departure date and is only subject to availability.  Management reserves the right to charge a minimum of $50 for guests who do not check out as agreed contracted times.
