Kia Ora! Welcome to Hokitika's newest Holiday Park and Motels. We offer a variety of self-catering and serviced accommodation options set on spacious grounds with modern, large facilities. Suitable for singles, families, groups and West Coast Wilderness Trail cyclists.
We are conveniently located just a 15-minute walk to Hokitika's town centre and beach and are a great place to base yourself for your wider West Coast holiday.
Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a $250 charge to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.
We have a Pets by arrangement policy. Guests must enquire if it is suitable before booking. Pets are not allowed in any of our units, they must sleep in the owner's vehicle, be on a lead at all times in the park and cleaned up after. If pets are detected inside a room there will be a $250 charge to restore the unit. No pets will be allowed on the park between the dates of 20 December and 15 January. No pets are allowed during Wildfoods Weekend.

Directions to Property
From either direction stay on SH6 Fitzherbert Street. turn towards the Southern Alps (East) at The Coasters Supermarket onto Park Street. Continue one block past the High School playing field. Turn left into Davie Street.
Payment Policy
A credit card deposit of one night's accommodation will be required to confirm and secure your booking. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is paid. The balance will be charged to your card on day of arrival. Cost of damage to property or accommodation will be recovered. Any extra cleaning may incur a cleaning cost.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel after paying your deposit (for whatever reason), a refund will be given as follows.
For cancellations prior to 7 days of your arrival, cancel free of charge.
For cancellations within 7 days of your arrival, you will be charged one nights accommodation.
No shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking.
Child Policy
Children and infants must be noted on all bookings.
Children's rates apply for age 15 years and below. Ages 16 and over are charged at the adult extra person rate.
Check In Policy
Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am.
