Payment Policy
Credit Card Details A valid credit card number and expiry date are required to confirm a booking.
Full payment for your stay and incidentals is required on Arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 72 hours notice prior to day of arrival given for cancellation will result in one nights accommodation being charged.
Check In Policy
The motel has a right to terminate a booking without refund if guests do not adhere to our terms, conditions, policies and house rules or behave in anyway that is abusive, aggressive, dangerous and generally unacceptable to any other guest or member of staff.
Guests are expected to be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum generally and especially at night. Televisions and music must be at acceptably lower levels after 9pm. Guests entering and leaving the property late night and early morning and using the common areas should do so quietly.
