Queen Studio — NightlyAll units are set back from the road, north-facing, with parking available directly outside each unit.
This Queen Studio includes a queen bed, a single bed, and an additional sofa/couch in the lounge area. It features a 42-inch TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and security cameras for added guest safety. The unit is air-conditioned for both heating and cooling.

Beetham Park Motel offers 13 ground floor, self contained, spacious studio apartments which can sleep 1-4 guests and a two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests. Each apartment includes a 42 inch plasma TV, a fully equipped kitchen, FREE WI FI internet, air conditioning, security alarm and high quality, comfortable furnishings. With the design of the rooms running away from the main road, together with parking right outside the door, your stay will be quiet and secure. Beetham Park Motel is truly a ‘home away from home’.

If you are coming from the north, we are close to Brian Boy’s Prodrive on the right after you round the bend on Ulster Street.
If you are coming from the south, we are on the left prior to rounding the bend in Ulster Street.

Additional Information
We request that you respect the quality of the stay of the other guests and reduce your noise, especially after 10pm.
We also request that you respect the room and its furnishings and treat them the way you would if they were your own.
Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in any room. You may smoke outside using the ashtrays that are provided. However, if you do smoke inside, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning charges.
Payment Policy
We have a "no pay, no stay" payment policy, and we require payment upon check-in. Credit card information is required before guests check in, and we will request up to a $200 bond.
We require guests to provide credit card details upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of one night's accommodation.
Child Policy
Children under 3 using an existing bed are free. Children requiring an extra bed will be charged $20 per night. Adults requiring an extra bed will be charged $30 per night.
Check In Policy
1. Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:30 on the day of arrival.
2. Check-out is between 09:30 and 10:00 on the day of departure.
3. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an extra charge.
Other Policies
1. Smoking in the room will incur a $200 fine.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
4. Any damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
5. The Motel is not responsible for any valuables left behind.
6. Please return keys to the reception before departing or leave the key in the room and lock the door. Loss of the key will incur $50 fine.
