Beetham Park Motel offers 13 ground floor, self contained, spacious studio apartments which can sleep 1-4 guests and a two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests. Each apartment includes a 42 inch plasma TV with over 50 sky digital channels from own SKY decoder in the room, a fully equipped kitchen, FREE WI FI internet, air conditioning, security alarm and high quality, comfortable furnishings. With the design of the rooms running away from the main road, together with parking right outside the door, your stay will be quiet and secure. Beetham Park Motel is truly a ‘home away from home’.

Additional facilities include charge back restaurant meals for our business guests. There is also a guest laundry with a washing machine and dryer which is free of charge to use.

If you are coming from the north, we are close to Brian Boy’s Prodrive on the right after you round the bend on Ulster Street.
If you are coming from the south, we are on the left prior to rounding the bend in Ulster Street.

Additional Information
We request that you respect the quality of the stay of the other guests and reduce your noise, especially after 10pm.
We also request that you respect the room and its furnishings and treat them the way you would if they were your own.
Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in any room. You may smoke outside using the ashtrays that are provided. However, if you do smoke inside, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning charges.
Payment Policy
We have a "no pay, no stay" payment policy, and we require payment upon check-in. Credit card information is required before guests check in or we will request up to $200 bond.
We require guest to provide credit-card details upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of one night accommodation.
Child Policy
Children under 3 using an existing bed are free. Children requiring an extra bed is $20 per night.
Check In Policy
1. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or late check-out may be available for an extra charge of $20 per hour.
2. Smoking in the room will incur a $200 fine.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
5. Any damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
6. The Motel is not responsible for any valuables left behind. If you are not contactable by your WINZ case manager the stay will be stopped and the motel will not be responsible for the belongings
7. Please return keys to the reception before departing or leave the key in the room and lock the door. Lost of key will incur $50 fine.
