"Request" means it is not a confirmed reservation, we have to check room available on the day for you. "Unavailable" means no room is available on the day.

Directions to Property

From Symonds Street off ramp from Highway One. Whitaker Place is the First road on right at the top of Wakefield Street. Columbia is at 15 Whitaker Place down the hill around the bend.

*A security deposit of NZD 250 - 500 is required at check in and is fully refundable at check out after inspection. This deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card.
*Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible. Guests with wheelchairs may find it difficult to maneuver within the complex.

Payment Policy

10% Non-refundable deposit will be taken on confirmation of the booking. Balance payable on arrival. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with Credit Card. Identification imprint and credit card authorization will be required against incidentals and any damage that may be incurred while staying at the apartments.

Note: 10% deposit will be temporarily held to secure the "Request" reservation. All of your deposit will be released when we can't fulfil your reservation (cancellation by us).

We have right to ask 100% non-refundable accommodation fees if the reservation is made for more than 2 rooms or 2 apartments. Once we've charged it, there is no refund for cancellation or modification of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

One night's accommodation will be charged to credit card if cancelled within 48 hours.

"Request" reservation is not a confirmed booking, it means Subject to room availability. We will CANCEL the reservation and release your deposit if there is NO availability for the dates. We will only CONFIRM the reservation and charge your deposit if there is availability for the dates.

We have RIGHT to cancel the reservation from the guest who has been listed as misconducted guest. We will refund the deposit to your credit card. It may take 5 working days to show money in your account.

Child Policy
