Located in beautiful Kaiteriteri everything that the Tasman area has to offer is only a stones throw away.
We're 15 minutes walk to the beach, 20 minutes drive to Motueka for your supplies, and 20 minutes drive from the Abel Tasman National Park.

Directions to Property
Kimi Ora Eco Resort is a 60 minutes drive from Nelson via State Highway 60 and a 20-minute drive from Motueka.
Drive time from Picton is approximately 3 hours via SH6, from the West Coast approximately 4 3/4 hours via SH6 and 5 1/2 hours from Christchurch via SH7.
Payment Policy
At time of booking Credit Card details must be provided to guarantee your reservation.
Your card will not be charged in advance, unless stated on the rate at the time of booking, and will be held as security for your reservation.
Any person staying under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. We may ask for ID on check in.
Rates are subject to change at any time for reservations beyond 51 weeks (357 days) prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
A written cancellation by e-mail is requested, please email info@kimiora.com.
One nights accommodation is charged for cancellations during your stay
or for cancellations less than 10 days notice of your expected arrival.
Failure to arrive and not advise us accordingly, will incur full payment of reservation.
Cancellations of any reservation booked via a 3rd party or travel agent must be cancelled directly with the agent or online party.
Child Policy
Children 0 - 4 years are $40 per night, children 5 - 12 years are $60 per night and over 13 year are charged at the extra person adult rate.
Check In Policy
Check-in is available from 3pm. Resort facilities are available to use from 1pm while waiting to check in to your room
Check-out is 10:30am but facilities can be use until 12pm on the day of check out.
Our quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, please keep noise levels to a minimum between these times.
Management reserves the right to ask any guests to leave the premises immediately should they disregard the noise policy.
Smoking is prohibited in all units.
On/after your departure we reserve the right to charge you for extra cleaning costs and any loss of income due to the unit being unusable.
