Kiwiesque Guest Accommodation Policies
1. Prohibition of Gang Affiliations and Paraphernalia
• At Kiwiesque, we are committed to providing a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all our guests.
• In consideration of our property, direct neighbours and adjacent businesses, we have a strict policy against gang-related paraphernalia and affiliations.
• Guests displaying gang patches, insignia, or other symbols associated with gang affiliations are not permitted on the property.
• Persons identified as members or affiliates of gangs or who exhibit behaviour indicative of gang affiliation will be denied accommodation or asked to leave the premises.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone who violates this policy or poses a threat to the safety and well-being of other guests and staff.
2. Celebrations, Parties, and Guest Capacity
• While we encourage guests to enjoy celebrations with friends and family. Stag dos, large parties, and similar gatherings are not permitted.
• Celebrations must be respectful of our property and neighbours, without disrupting the peace or violating local noise ordinances.
• The maximum guest capacity for each accommodation is strictly enforced. No extra guests are allowed to stay beyond the stated capacity.
• Guests planning to have visitors during their stay must obtain prior approval from Kiwiesque. Extra visitors are not permitted for overnight stays.
3. Compliance and Enforcement
• By booking accommodation with us, guests acknowledge their understanding of and compliance with these policies.
• Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of the accommodation agreement without a refund.
