Located on the Kaikōura Waterfront Apartments, our property offers 16 fully self-contained two-bedroom apartments and one studio unit, providing comfortable accommodation for couples, families, and groups. Each apartment features a full kitchen, spacious living area, and many include private balconies with stunning ocean views. Just metres from the beach and within easy walking distance of local attractions, cafés, and restaurants, it’s the perfect base to explore Kaikōura’s spectacular coastline and marine life.
Property Facilities
All rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and microwave for guest convenience. The Beach House is has full cooking facilities. A complimentary guest laundry is also available and free to use daily between 8:00am and 8:00pm
General Room Facilities
Our 16 two-bedroom apartments and one studio unit are designed for a comfortable stay. The apartments are fully self-contained with kitchens and living areas, while the studio includes tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and a private bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.
