Located on the Kaikōura Waterfront Apartments, our property offers 16 fully self-contained two-bedroom apartments and one studio unit, providing comfortable accommodation for couples, families, and groups. Each apartment features a full kitchen, spacious living area, and many include private balconies with stunning ocean views. Just metres from the beach and within easy walking distance of local attractions, cafés, and restaurants, it’s the perfect base to explore Kaikōura’s spectacular coastline and marine life.

Our 16 two-bedroom apartments are fully self-contained, each with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
Studio rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, with complimentary guest laundry available at Kaikoura Beach Motel.
One dedicated onsite car park is provided per apartment/studio.

Payment Policy
Payment required one day before arrival.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted; credit cards attract a 1.5% surcharge. American Express, UnionPay, and other card types are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will be charged the total price of the reservation.
