Travelling from Thames keep driving straight ahead towards the town centre.

To keep our tariffs to a minimum, our servicing includes topping up supplies, replacing towels (when required), removing rubbish and recycling. If you require additional services; making of beds, dishes, vacuuming this is available at an additional fee and needs to be requested the day prior to ensure there is adequate staff to undertake this. A vacuum cleaner is in the guest laundry for your use. For stays in excess of eight days, a full mid clean will be undertaken on, or around day four, including a change of bed linen. You will be given prior notice. Any additional linen change will incur a charge.
Payment is required on arrival. You are welcome to make deposits prior to your arrival. A deposit may be required to secure reservations over peak periods. Payment by credit cards and Paywave incur a 2.2% surcharge. There is no charge on Eftpos cards.
Full refund, including any deposit paid provided at least 48 hours notice is provided. Over peak periods a minimum of 14 days notice is required. A $50 administration fee may apply to any cancellations. If cancellation is due to COVID 19 restrictions no penalty will apply.
Caregivers are responsible for the children in their care at all times
Check In Policy
All guests and their visitors agree to abide by all other rules around the complex.
No Smoking in apartments; smoking inside an apartment incurs a $100 cleaning fee.
All bookings state the number of persons permitted. A further charge of $40 per person per night applies. Guests' visitors not booked in to stay at our complex must vacate by 10 p.m. No excessive noise that may disturb other guests after this time. The registered guest accepts responsibility for all indebtedness incurred by themselves, or other persons attached to their stay.
