This west facing air conditioned apartment located on the top floor in the Stratis Block in Lighter Quay is very light and airy and catches all the afternoon sun. The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full laundry in the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer unit. Smart TV and Wif are included.

A secure carpark is included with this apartment.

A starter pack of bathroom and kitchen condiments are included, fresh linen and towels, with the apartment being serviced weekly. No smoking or e-ciagrettes in the apartment.

Locating your car park




  • From Fanshawe St end of Halsey St, drive along Halsey St, turn
    right through double wooden doors DOWN RAMP (to the left of the
    signage that says "79-89". Drive down the ramp and use your round
    swipe to open the iron grille. Take a sharp right in the car park
    and continue on the left hand side the numbers are on the floor,
    look for H35.




To access your apartment from the car parking area




  • Walk back towards the car park ramp, and turn right, walk until you
    come to the exit door in front of you.





  • Once you have gone thru this door the lift is immediately in front,
    swipe the black pad and press the lift button. Take the lift to the
    6th Floor.





  • Exit lift turn left and your apartment is at the end of the
    corridor.





To enter the apartment building from Halsey Street




  • Place your round swipe against black pad to left of main front gate
    to unlock. Walk across the car park area to the Stratis building in
    front of you. The entrance is on your right down approximate 12
    stairs. Take the lift to level 6, (you will need the silkey to use
    the lift) turn left and go to end of the corridor to your apartment
    602.





  • When opening the door push it open a little bit then let it drop
    back before fully opening it. This is a security/door stop thing.





  • To lock the front door from inside the apartment for security: with
    door open, raise handle on the outside to horizontal position. Then
    latch on inside c and turn to horizontal. Then the door will be
    secured.





Additional information for your apartment




  • All the recycling and normal rubbish bins are lined up outside the
    lift, opposite car park H69.





  • To get TV and DVD, press button on bottom right of TV remote
    (SANYO).





  • This apartment has Igloo rather than SKY – this includes 11
    additional channels as well as the free-to-view ones. To access
    additional channels click on the Guide on your remote to the browse
    what is available. You will have to pay for these.





  • To listen to voicemail, dial “606”. The pin number is the last 4
    digits of the telephone number.





  • It is recommended that dishwasher powder be used in the Dish
    drawer. Please wash dishes before checkout.





  • NO SMOKING inside the apartment please.





  • At check-out leave keys in the apartment. Ensure the door lock is
    turned to horizontal position (or door will not lock behind you).
    If keys are not left in the apartment we will charge a $150 fine.





  • CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM.





Electricity



Included within your tenancy are the following: Gas, water & Power:
Gas, where connected for cooking/heating, to the value of $50 per month.
Electricity, to the value of $120 per month for one bedroom. Water to the
value of $100.00 per month.



Any excess to the above amounts will be charged against your credit card or
invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a month will have charges
prorated to a daily amount and then shared over then calculated/charge
according to the length of stay.

Payment Policy

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
