Apartment 217
This air conditioned 66 m2 two bedroom apartment has a queen bed in the master with ensuite with both shower and bath, the second bedroom has a single bed suitable for child or small adult only and can be used as a study. There is a second bathroom with a shower & toilet. Full laundry facilities within the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the sunny living area and deck which has views over the yacht harbour. There is a TV in both the lounge and main bedroom, which are connected to the Hotel SKY (Cable) TV feed which includes both movies and sport. High Speed Wi-fi package included in rate.

Everything is on your doorstep, but if you do want to get away there is a carpark in the basement.

Apartment is serviced weekly including full linen change. No Smoking in apartment or on balcony please. All bookings restricted to three months prior to arrival.

Car Park: No. 31

To access the car park:

· From Customs St West, take the roller door marked ‘The Quays & Sebel’
& use the handset to contact the reception to buzz you in. The carpark
is number 31 on your right close to the hotel entrance.

· Access to the Hotel is by the lift which is beside your carpark. You will
need your swipe to go to the 2th Floor. You can get to the lobby
without a swipe.

· Note – to exit car park you need to drive very close to the first roller
door for it to detect your vehicle and roll up.

To enter the apartment building on foot:

· Enter through the main front doors of The Sebel Hotel, swipe your card
inside the lift and push floor 2.

· At level 2 turn look for signs directing you to rooms including 217, walk
to the end of the corridor. The apartment is the very last apartment at the
end of the corridor number 217 is on the door.

  • Use the swipe card to unlock the door. Door may also be deadlocked.

To locate rubbish bins

· The rubbish bins are in the basement, straight when you come out of the
lift foyer. Please note that there are special recycling bins as well as
general waste bins.


· It is recommended that dishwasher powder only be used in the Dishdrawer.

· Please do not touch any of the cords/wires for the TV/DVD set-up.

· Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or the building
including the balcony.

  • Weekly Servicing
    is done on the anniversary of the day of your arrival, the cleaners
    have their own access keys and will be there after 10am. Beds are
    remade with freshly laundered/ironed linen, towels etc are replenished.
    The bathroom is cleaned and the kitchen is given a wipe down. The
    apartment is dusted and floors vacuumed and/or washed. The balcony is
    swept/washed and windows where accessible are cleaned. We do not wash
    your dishes as all apartments have dishwashers for this purpose. Please
    remove your rubbish daily to the dedicated areas within the complex.
    Should you leave the apartment in an excessively dirty state you will
    be charged a departure surcharge.

  • Please note that the housekeeping teams are not based on site and
    should you turn them away when they arrive, a return surcharge of
    $65 will then apply. However if you do wish to amend your
    housekeeping day please send us an email the day before and we will
    confirm the change.

  • CHECKOUT TIME IS 10 AM, please ensure all the dishes have been done
    and put away in the cupboards, and take all your rubbish down to
    the bins in the garage.

On the day of departure please leave keys etc in the apartment and ensure
the door is locked. Check-out time is 10 am.


Included within your tenancy are the following: Water & Power:
Electricity, to the value of $150 per month for two bedrooms. Water to the
value of $100.00 per month. Any excess to the above amounts will be charged
against your credit card or invoiced to the tenant. Stays for less than a
month will have charges prorated to a daily amount and then shared over
then calculated/charge according to the length of stay.

Please ensure that you know where the exit stairs are in relation to your

Payment Policy

To confirm reservations the applicable tariff shall be paid in advance at the time of booking. The booking is not confirmed until a credit card has been lodged for security and the rent received. Should the booking period be longer than one month, payments can be paid monthly in advance upon agreement between the two parties. Payments made by credit card are subject to a bank surcharge of 3%.
All prices are quoted are in NZ dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time) 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance,no refund.
If you arrive and decide to leave early, the nights not used are not refundable.
